This company is a big scam

Please do your self a favor and don’t deal With this company. There products that they advertise that’s all AI when you receive their suits it’s nothing like the pictures. The qualities is horrible. The matter of fact it’s shit. I tried to send them email and they responded by. Oh sorry about that. I’ll give you 5% discount on your next order. I asked for a full refund and they responded back and offered to give me 70% refund and keep their suits. I told him I don’t want the suits. I can’t wear them. I can’t give them away. They’re horrible. Worst material fits. Nothing like the pictures.. I told them why should I pay 30% of your stupid product that I’m gonna end up thrown away anyway. I end up getting 70% refund and I’m giving it the Salvation Army. Their company is not in London their company in China. This is all AI they have nothing to do with London. When I asked them to return it for a full refund. They told me that I have to pay for shipping to send it to China, but all their advertisement is London, London, London. they are full of shit.

An absolute SCAM company

An absolute SCAM company. The boots I were sent were a poor imitation of the photos I had seen and the zip broke on the first attempt of doing it up. I contacted them, received a quick response but it was just lip service. Repeatedly offered a 10% refund or 50% store credit. I refused and requested a full refund. Returned the boots in Jan 2026 to the address they gave me:
Return Address:
Company Name: Liu Changxing
Street Address: No. 2 freight elevator on the west side of the 3rd floor, upstairs, Yuantong Express, No. 409, Suxi Yiwu Town
Zip Code: 310000
Province: Zhejiang
State: Zhejiang
Country: China
If that's not fake, I don't know what is! Two months later and the boots are still in customs. Clearly no-one is going to collect them or refund my money. I will keep trying though, out of principle.

Scammed By Harriet London On FB

Do not under any circumstances buy anything from this company ( Harriet London). I ordered some boots off Facebook.When they came they looked nothing like the picture.A very cheap badly made in china knock off. Like a Wish version. I emailed them to return them and they requested that l send photos of the unworn items. Which l did. Then they tried to fob me off by offering me another item instead. I declined and requested a refund. I then got another email back saying the following;
Thank you for your message.

We understand your concern and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. As an alternative to a return, we can offer you one of the following options:

• 10% partial refund back to your original payment method
• 50% store credit, which you can use on any item in our store

Please let us know which option you would like to proceed with, and we’ll arrange it for you right away.

Warm regards,

No communication, no parcel, no updates, nobody to talk to.

I suspect IF they ever get here, they’ll probably be a crap item as well

Don’t do it. Save your money and your mental health.

This company is a fraud

This company is a fraud. It is operated by people in China who showcase products from different brands, then create cheap copies of those products and charge you the price of the original brand. They are scamming customers and will continue to do so until the fraud department in the UK addresses these issues. I am taking action, and I encourage you to do the same.

Harriet london is a Chinese company…

Harriet london is a Chinese company masquerading as a UK company, using false advertising of high end products and selling substandard and trash products, sown in a backyard sweatshop. BUYERS BEWARE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Scam

Stupid scammers. Fake people and fake company. The product is fake and their company is AI generated. The product they sent is "long and Champ" is fake like their company. They also have the audacity to say that the price is reduced from £125 to £35 like its a real product. There is no document of proof of purchase inside the pack. Luring people into their fake company 🧐😡

BEWARE!!!

BEWARE!!!! DO NOT BUY.
Scammer Harriet London. AI generated.
I bought Longchamp bag on 19 Nov 2025 and I was so furious it is an imitation. No Logo and the zipper inside is damaged.
It took 3 weeks to arrive and it despatched from China!
When you email them they will reply to look that they are genuine. The shop is AI generated and you will think it is genuine from London.

SCAMMERS BEWARE!

I wouldn’t touch it with a barge pole, biggest pile of sh-t made in China and trading with an English sounding brand, they keep doing this with different items of clothing which are nothing like the photos they display, if you ordered an item and found out that you’ve been scammed on delivery if you wanted to return it they’ll charge you the cost of the item for dispatch back to CHINA. You’ve been warned !
