Total scam

Total scam! They claim to be a Vancouver-based boutique clothing store but they don't really exist. They just ship crap clothes from China. When you receive the clothes and see what poor quality they are you'll want to return them - but you have to ship them back to China to return at your own expense! Obviously this costs a lot of money, which they're counting on, so no one ships the clothes back. Their entire store is just over priced cheap, poorly made clothing from China. STAY AWAY!!!

Based on name of company I assumed it… was Canadian

Based on name of company I assumed it is Canada based. I ordered a dress that was on sale and paid $90 for it. When it arrived with no sales slip or documentation, it was essentially t-shirt material that was thin, some parts see thru, there was a cross cross with the material on the top (bust) that was frayed. I had to email the company twice before I received a response. They said I could return, however I would have to mail it to China. If this is a “Vancouver Boutique” why do I need to send to China???

After back and forth they said they would return 50% of my money and 4 months later I have had yet to receive anything!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

SCAM

They sent me the WRONG DRESS and will not refund my purchase. Their best offer is a 20% refund or I have to pay to ship it back to China. It's bad enough that they won't honour the full refunds they promise on their scammy website, but even worse that they won't compensate me for their mistake. The dress they sent me is hideous.

Complete Scam - Do Not Shop

What a scam! Ordered an item and when it arrived it was garbage. They offered a 20% refund or to ship at my expense to China. They are not in Vancouver, the story on their website is bogus. Do not buy from them! Wish I had seen their website name dot ca before I bought anything!

Do not buy!!!!

Do not buy!!!!! Their products come straight from Canada and automatically add on “shipping protection” fee even when unselected. They are NOT a Vancouver company, it is a company from China posing as a local boutique. Scam!! Be warned. I tried to look to see if warnings about this company existed before buying and is why I am speaking up.

Poor Quality and EXPENSIVE return to China!

I saw the add on Facebook but I decided to go directly to the website. There is a Canada flag, reviews from Canada, Vancouver is in the web address. It looked legit. However once I placed the order, I noticed that it was shipped from China. When I received the dress, it was very very poor quality. You could see through the fabric. literally. I contacted customer service and that's where the scam was apparent to me. In order to qualify for a return, I have to ship it back to China. They don't have a presence in Canada. Then they will only refund the cost of the item, so I can assume they would deduct the cost of shipping to me. It's $50 to return it. I asked for an address in Canada because they said they have a presence here. They refused. This is a total and complete scam. They pretend to be from Canada, then they send you cheap items for an overpriced amount ($80 for the dress), then make it impossible to return it. I'm stuck with a $10 dress that I won't wear because it literally shows my underwear, it's so transparent. Please avoid them!

Terrible product

Terrible experience. Harris & Co Vancouver Boutique sounded and looked on Facebook like a credible company offering quality clothing. The dress, that looked beautiful on-line, is cheaply made, fits nothing like the photo, and is sized far smaller than advertised. While the company advertises returns can be done within 100 days, they told me that they would exchange the dress for another but i had to pay the shipping or return the dress to China with me paying the costs of shipping. I am out $80 for a dress I will never wear and which I could not give to my daughter,, who is a much smaller size, because it is so poorly made.

Horrible. Scam Artists.

What a terrible company. Claim to be Canadian. Claim to be going out of business. Claim to have "quality" goods. Everything is manufactured and produced in China and they pass it off as Canadian. But the fabric quality (thin, rough, loosely woven blends, sold as "elegant, refined, high quality") and the finish is absolutely terrible. No hems...cut fabric with lockstitches. Like a sack really. And the lock stitches were not even done properly. My bags of rice have better lockstitch closures (significant better). Their return policy "sounds" good BUT they make you return to China, even though they bring in products bulk and then redistribute. B/c of this they claim they have tens of thousands of happy customers when in reality, those of us who fell for the scam just keep the crap as rags and then writes off the loss as "lesson learned". Don't be dooped like I was.
