Shipping is fast. But what really surprised me was the packaging. For such a delicate embroidered blouse I expected it might get a bit squashed in transit, but it was wrapped so carefully in layers of tissue paper inside a really solid box. Everything arrived in perfect condition, not a single thread out of place. You can see they really care about how their products reach you.

The dress is nothing like on the site it is very cheap material and doesn’t have pockets in or doesn’t flow. I paid a considerable sum of money for such cheaply made item

Ordered a Bridget jumper. Received the jumper today - much later than expected. The quality was nothing like the picture on the web site. Polyester. Sleeves also short. Reading the reviews I won’t bother to return it to China! Expensive at £39.00.

Ordered a BOSS Polo Shirt. Nearly 2 months now. Not received my item. When you email them, no response. Can't track and trace. They are scammers. Pls dont order.

It’s scam online please don’t order anything like this false advertisement in Facebook.

I've ordered Adidas top &shorts on the 5th of September,on the tracking it says been delivered, but still no top, shorts, Scam.

Ordered over £80 worth of goods at end of August.
I live in Scotland and the tracking system said goods were sent to Salford on 17th of September and they were signed for by H Shannia
I should have checked out the reviews first unfortunately I did not.
Please check first and don’t get scammed like I did

Purchased some Adidas trainers and they were due to be delivered 8th September 2025. When I checked tracking as they hadn't arrived they had been delivered in Leeds - I live in London. Contacted DHL who assured me I'd been given incorrect tracking information. Went to their website but it had mysteriously disappeared - scam site avoid like the plague!!!

I am furious i been scammed but I have gone through Klarna so going to call them. I have paid for item but they have disappeared bastad scammed

Ordered numerous clothing, they said it was delivered but not to my address , it got delivered to an address in Manchester, apparently delivered by DHL. Emailed them numerous times with no reply. Avoid as this is a scam!!

Shoes didn't arrive, emails not answered, tracking incorrectly shows delivery 100 miles away, tracking and web site have disappeared.

I ordered a coat and a cardigan in their closing down 80% off sale, sent £120 ,sadly I didn't read up on the bastards before hand , website has disappeared no reply from email etc so I take it IV been done over , if anyone has had dealings with this shower of Bastards and can tell me of anyone associated with them IL happily look the bastards up next time I'm over from Belfast for a chat and a refund

Ok so this company does not exist it is advertised on the shop advert who don’t monitor the people who sell on their site. Yes I’ve been done over. After investigating the whole situation I see that they take your money use false delivery instructions then you can not contact them, SHOP should be held responsible as they provide the link for you to purchase from and then the site is closed down once they have had your money. It will then open again and I think SHOP app is working with these people. So be aware. I’ve been caught so I hope you read this and be mindful please.

Ordered 2 items and order number and tracking number issued.
Items not delivered and website gone.
Total scam, wish I’d checked here first.

The company has now disappeared, no website , no Shopify. Issued a tracking number which was false. BUT they have a few other names they trade as ie , Florain Clothing , Bexley - Oxford all the same scamming bastards !

I ordered an item from them. It had not been delivered. Despite a number of attempts I have had no response from them. My most recent attempt to their “support” email address revealed that the address does not exist. I can only conclude they are a scam outfit

I am shocked with the quality of the item they sent me (( completely different from what they were offering on their website ( I also found the same picture of the coat on different websites with the lower price. I asked them for the refund and after multiple requests they give me their return address. I sent the item to China with track and sign but the item is still pending on Chinese border since 30 April. Cannot find any emails or anything to contact them. This company deserves to be fined and suspended immediately.

Absolutely shocking quality. You are misled from the start as Oliver Harrison London is NOT in London at all. They are shipping items from China. You are not able to retrieve a Returns Label and when you make contact to complain you are initially offered a mere 10% refund, then after the next challenge are offered 15% refund.
The item looked top quality on the website, however my item was of inferior quality and far too small. Not realistically sized at all.
I would advise to steer clear of this company as they are not who they are portraying to be!!!

Customer service is appalling. They are not London at all and as they make you believe but products come from abroad. processing and delivery times a joke and they lie when giving information about having processed order.
