Dress not as described. Too short but as I didn’t know it was based in china and thought they were Manchester based, I hadn’t realised all made to fit small people. No replies to requests on how to return. And I’ve picked up I may have to return it to china.

Ordered a dress which was over £31. It is the most disgusting item of clothing I have ever tried on. Nothing at all like picture or description. Material is cheap. It is shapeless. Wish I had read the reviews before I bought from them

I ordered a dress size 20 the dress sent from China would fit a thin 10 year old. The material is so poor and it is nothing like the illistration on line. So far I am getting nowhere with the company

What awful rubbish this company sells! The website looks really upmarket and classy, but the actual product was tacky and rubbish. I put it straight into the charity clothes bank, just wish I had looked at the Trustpilot reviews before I ordered.

Good quality clothes but go for a size bigger than your normal size

Good fitting clothes. Shorts not quite the style I was hoping for on receipt. Only given 4 due to the length of time it took for my order to be delivered from the date I'd ordered.

Quality and fit of clothing not as advertised. Dreadful. Took ages to arrive. Returns not possible unless you want to pay shipping to Asia. I was caught out once here, after moving back to UK and looking for a new source of clothing. Now I rigorously check return policies on everything before I buy! Don’t go anywhere near this company.

Scam. Took weeks to arrive and look like dishcloths. Have to return to China or Japan . Just appalling.

Please take note - Whatever you do, do not order from this company, you will regret it. Clothing materials not even suitable for dishcloths. You do not get what is advertised, items come in from abroad and tracking is non existent. I did persevere with a refund instead of credit as the goods were not as advertised. I like many others wished they had read the reviews.

In line with others it took a long time to come, was poor quality and an dd shape and they won't accept returns as they are based in China. Avoid!

Ordered a blouse, still not had. Looks like it’s stuck in mid air so where. Total rubbish company, my bank will look out in case they take any more money and red flag it. If it ever arrives, don’t feel confident it will be any good.

Poor quality, took weeks to arrive. near impossible to return. SCAM! Avoid at all costs. Also known under Hartley and co with a picture of two ladies that I am sure are nothing to do with this dodgy company.

Total scam. The clothing comes from China, takes months to arrive, is poorly made and the sizes are a joke. There is no way to refund purchases unless you send the parcel back to China. They offer a 20% refund siting their concern for the environment and you keep the useless clothing. So I have ended up losing £60 on this. Gave the blouses to a friend for her teenage daughter.

My order came promptly, but the quality of the fabric is nothing like I expected. Very thin and plasticky. Shape and size were OK. I won't be ordering again. Pity, as I like the styles on the pictures!

Wish I had checked Trustpilot first. Absolute cheap nasty rubbish. Sizing awful, quality awful. Have given up trying to return. Will chalk it up as a bad expand move on but will never use again and urge anyone else not to waste your time and money.

Wish I had read the reviews. 3 weeks to deliver, very poor quality and almost impossible to return. When I insisted, I was responsible for paying the shipping costs to China and 1 month later I am still waiting for a refund. Steer well clear of this company

like many of the other reviews I wish I had looked at trust pilot first but was taken in by the lovely photos of clothes which looked like just what I was looking for. However when they eventually arrived they didn't even begin to fit even though I ordered roomy sizes and was very disappointed with the quality. When I requested a refund was only offered to keep items and order again in a different size or accept a gift token and chose again. Not happy with this outcome as the quality is so poor, but does not appear to be an alternative. Will never use again
