SCAM ALERT! Do not use this site it is a scam.
You physically can not withdraw money. They will allow you to deposit any amounts of money with no limits at all. As soon as you try to withdraw they will deny all attempts to verify.
I uploaded passport and driving license.
4 proof of address.
PDF of bank statements.
Iban code etc etc etc.
they reject everything non stop it’s been over a week. They have just told me to wait another 10 WORKING days before asking again.
The had £9400 of my money.
They also refuse to close your account. I emailed twice a week ago to close the account and they ignore it but of you email anything else they reply.
Even on the live chat they said they can’t close my account only via email and they will still allow you to continue to add money even though you can’t withdraw.
This is 100% a scam.
I have reported them to the police and my bank as a scam.

The casino is a pain in the backside to get withdrawals. You constantly have to provide proof of bank card and the deposit money. On a positive note the casino does payout decent sums I just wish getting a withdrawal would be less stressful.

Having contacted them with the screenshots from their employees saying everything is in order I the. Get a rejection. Apparently I’m crooked and can’t get a response why? It took less than 24 hours to verify me and recieve an email confirming withdrawl had been processed. Be prepared to make sure you send everything they ask for. 1. They say it’s 40x wagering any bonus amount. I was given a £65 cashback bonus on my losses and went on a generational roulette run all the way to over £4000 with over £10000 wagered in total (if anyone wants the screenshots I have them) yet I still wasn’t able to withdraw the money to my account.

2. Verification: I sent my documents in days ago since I know that KYC is tedious with the best of companies. Magically, my documents have still not been approved

3. Did I mention after losing close to £1000 they made me a VIP and I had access to promotions and other things yet the response time? Non-existent despite going them ample opportunities so this is also another let down.
