No withdrawal no plan they need more charge money in order to receive my cash

They stole money from me! They would pay you first and then add additional orders to your next order to throw into a negative balance. They finally agreed to return my money by June 15th, nothing. They won't answer my emails. I went onto their website and the chat agent said he will let the finance department know. They are thieves! But they will be forced to pay and/or jail. Very sad how someone could do this to people and have no conscience. Will keep you updated according Trustpilot guidelines. Beware!

This is a CRYPTO SCAM. All the money you give to them is going straight to the HTX exchange to be cashed out. The apps you can download aren't real, neither of them link to the app store and the ios one is just a connection profile. The address they are incorporated under is a building belonging to another company. DO NOT INVEST YOUR MONEY WITH THIS GROUP YOU WILL NOT GET IT BACK.

I have been unable to withdraw my money for several weeks now. The online help function has also been disabled. These people are obvious scammers. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!!

I invested in Hartcoin to run mining contracts. They had a pop up coupon saying one of the contracts would be $1000 cheaper than whatever you invest in. What they didn't show on the coupon is that they would automatically raise the contract to the highest amount available on it which then left my balance at negative $3450. I contacted customer service and they stated due to not having enough money my account was in arrears and I would have to deposit the $3450 in order to start the contract and get my money back. I took out a $3500 loan from my bank to obtain the money for my account and transferred it to hartcoin which took about a week and when I messaged customer service they responded that my contract
had been terminated and when I inquired how I could get my money back they
instructed me to deposit an additional $9000 and start the contract again and then I would get the money back from both contracts.

What's the point of a mining platform when the only feature that does NOT work is withdrawal?

Day 16 no withdraw

Of course the fact that in this time deposit and investment channels have been continuously open is concerning but it is true that they have already implemented additional security measures such as anti-robot access and enhanced KYC.
Hence, it can be possible they are utilising this technology and time to our benefit.

I am a new customer registered at Hartcoin a few days ago and my first crypto mining tryout. As I was reading a lot of fraudulent mining companies, decided with it as I see a lot of users registered. Started with their trial starter and received profits and went with next mining option at $150 and portal shows profits received. Tried out with withdrawal and receiving “Insufficient balance available”. Reached out to customer service if they can address withdrawal issue.

I have not received support response on email, chat disappear as soon as I click and hotline no one answered. After playing around with portal, figured out investment balance has to be moved to primary balance and then initiate a withdrawal. Even then it did not allow full balance withdrawal and giving errors. User experience with easy and seamless withdrawal beneficial for investors and should not panic

Update: Day 6 and still unable to withdraw.

I started using HartCoin about a month ago. I started with a 5k deposit and used one of its 5k contracts, which lasted about 10 days.

After the 10th day, I needed the money and withdrew about 4800, and left 1500 in there to continue to use the contracts.

I reached 1900 after using the contracts twice and wanted to see if I could withdraw the money. However, my withdrawal was rejected due to "withdraw Maintenance."

This is day 2 with the withdrawal maintenance message.

I reached out and they said they will contact me when its back up and running.

I will update this message if I get it back.

At first everything was fine, now they are not making any payments. I think it is a scam.

I purchased a cloud mining contract an it paid on time as they advertised and they offer a hassle free way to cloud mine an I was able to use my earnings to invest in some tokens my fiancée purchased a few contracts an he too was paid on time from his investment an he reinvested his earnings into there tokens we as a couple is looking forward to building our financial goals with Hartcoin

Found this in the cryptocurrency news. In the past three months, I have just withdrawn the am still making a profit. I hope more people will join Hartcoin.

I started to know about this platform in November last year. I bought a trial contract and made a profit every day. I only bought a 5,000 USD contract recently. I am waiting for its profit. Wish me good luck.
