Pleased with my purchase. The bath sheets are soft, great quality and exactly as described. Delivery was impressively quick - arrived the very next day. I also received some additional items in the parcel, which was a lovely touch and much appreciated. Would happily order again.

Paul was extremely helpful when I encountered a slight problem with ordering on the website. He soon fixed the problem enabling me to complete my order online. He was also extremely interesting and informative about the origin and history of their family company and then surpassed all expectations by putting in my delivery a few extra freebies, which is much appreciated! More importantly the towels are of excellent quality and very reasonably priced so I would certainly recommend this company to anyone.m

Super fast delivery of a great product. Enjoyed a really good nights sleep at the Trafalgar Thistle in London. The bed had this topper on it and immediately ordered to use with our ageing Tempur. Very pleased.

Managed to order item eventually after 3 or 4 attempts, 15% first order bonus wasn't available on item as it was a sale item, the towels we actually required initially were out of stock, then delivery charge and vat on top of price bumped cost up £12.5.
The towels arrived very quickly with good updates and the towels themselves are excellent, generous 4 out of 5 stars, which could easily have been 5 without order issues and extra charges.

Great products, they had the Ecoknit towels in a hotel we stayed at recently so we bought some for ourselves. Fantastic customer service and some free face cloths were thrown into the order.
