Quick delivery, average quality
The item was delivered within a few days. However, we found that the product quality was definitely not the same as the towels we had a pleasure to use in a hotel - 650gsm towels are much thinner than the hotel ones, 450gsm feel almost threadbare. So that was quite disappointing.

Hi Aga, sorry to hear that what you got was different to what you were expecting. We do offer a variety of ranges and always happy to chat and help you get the one you are looking for. In future give the number a ring and we will talk through the options etc. Do consider that after washing a few times towels shrink and become thicker and heavier so in time you may find the towel getting thicker, especially if you have a tumble dryer handy.

Luxurious. Very happy with 2 duo robes, 1 plain, 1 waffle and 1 large bath sheet. Great value and fantastic when getting out the shower, big wide sleeves so wet arms slip in easily. Very happy with my purchases.

Great to see the packaging was without any plastic wrapping/ bags, unlike 99% of other suppliers.
