My first order from Hartford and everything was done as they said they would, with the next-day delivery on time. Add to that a very competitive price for boxes of 20 Covid test kits, the 5 star review i give them is justified.

Good kits well packaged
Ordered 20 Covid testing kits from Hartford. There was a lot of confusion with the carrier, and delivered two day late. However, I have to say that this was nothing to do with Hartford, and the communication with them was excellent. Great customer service.

Hi Tim,
Sorry that your delivery arrived late. Your parcel was meant to be delivered on Friday the 8th of April on the expected schedule but UPS issued a tracking update that same morning at 9:09am informing there were delays at your local depot and that the parcel would be delayed. UPS - like many Next Day Couriers besides Royal Mail - is usually a Monday to Friday service unless a Saturday delivery option is paid for. We are disappointed as you will have been that given the issue was with their network they did not attempt to deliver on the Saturday to minimise the inconvenience to you. We saw the item was delivered on the next working day Monday 11/4 at 11:33am and we automatically refunded the postage charge paid that same day. We apologise for this delivery issue, we appreciate the weekend gap added to the inconvenience and will seek clarification with UPS on what their policies are when this happens and how we can rectify better in the future.
