My Order Never Arrived.

I ordered and paid for two pairs of shoes on the 21st Aug 2026, I tracked the order, and on Thur 1st Oct 2026 the order status was Out For Delivery, the order never came, the next day Fri 2nd Oct 2026 the status changed to Delivered, so I emailed the companies support email address, for there help, with know response. I have emailed several times since, they have not communicated with me about this Failed Delivery. I will not use this company again, I will not recommend them as well, they need to communicate with there customers I am now going to contact my Bank and try to claim my money back. 09October 2026

I ordered shoes on August 28

I ordered shoes on August 28 , told by email my order was sent 2Sept Yesterday 4 October I got a message to say the shoes were delivered at 03-59 on the %th Oct. No shoes have arrived and I cannot contact anyone they do not reply to emails and there is no phone numbers .
I am about to contact my bank and ask if I can get a refund that way AVOID , AVOID
