Wrong item sent, then argumentative

Ordered part # 30602 on Amazon, they sent 30604. The SKU number is literally in the name of the listing. On its own, this wasn't an enormous deal, so I just pointed this out to them and asked for a refund as it's not what I ordered. When I did so, they claimed it's the same product, even though I sent them a photo of evidence they are incorrect and cannot be used for my application. Seller commutation was generally 24+ hrs later per message, sometimes longer, and always sassy, like it was my fault. Took over a week from initial communication. After literally arguing with me, I finally asked for a return shipping label, which they never sent and said I'd basically have to pay for return myself.

Amazon lists it as non refundable bc of hazardous material, but I still got my money back bc they sent the ENTIRELY WRONG ITEM. This is a terrible company and is just a distributer for 303. Look at other reviews and you'll see the exact same story.

This place is a scam

This place is a scam, just look at the reviews. (look at the amazon reviews also) I wished I did before ordering from them. They're selling knock off racor parker fuel filters. When you return them they charge you a restocking fee. Don't order from this POS company

They use deceptive sales techniques on…

They use deceptive sales techniques on Amazon across multiple products and 40% restocking fees when you receive your package. The issue is deceptive amounts sold close to but slightly below other vendors products.

They list Interlux Schooner Gold varnish as one example for $45 for 1.3 lbs. they edited off the image of the manufacturer so the liquid volume doesn’t show up as a pint. All other vendors sell a full quart for about $55. That’s a 63% mark up and if you complain a 40% restocking fee.

They do this across multiple products and the listing of a liquid by weight way down in the detailed specs with the liquid amount removed from the image shows intent!

Amazon reviews of this example product show many people have been scammed and it’s clearly intentional.

Bad Florida company!

Item listed as free returns

Item listed as free returns. Had to pay return shipping. Person that answered the phone was the rudest, arrogant little man I've ever encountered. Seller then charged a $30.04 restocking fee for "customer error".
Openly commiting retail fraud on Amazon, stealing money. Amazon returned my money via credit but do not buy from Harvard Marine. These "people" are criminals.

Wrong pump returned no refund

I bought a marine fuel pump from Harvard marine through Amazon for $122. I found out from the shipping confirmation that it was the wrong pump. I started a refund, Harvard marine agreed, I returned it unopened. They made me pay return shipping for $13+ and then refused my refund. I am out $135+ and 100 plus miles running back and forth to UPS for shipping then proof that the return was delivered to Harvard marine and over 2 hours on the phone with Amazon unsuccessfully trying to get my money back. After checking for complaints against Harvard marine I find out that this is a common occurrence with Harvard marine especially through Amazon. They ship wrong parts then keep your money or charge return shipping and a huge restocking fee. They make money without really selling anything. I would not advise doing any business with Harvard Marine in Cape Coral Florida
