Maree Herath and Harvest lead the Geelong Chamber of Commerce in searching for a new CEO. She searched far and wide for suitable candidates. The applicants were a mix of those who replied to advertisements and those Maree knew and she sought out. The whole process was seamless and very supportive to the board . The standard of applicants surpassed the panels expectations. Local knowledge goes a long way in Geelong. Maree has a good feeling for what is happening around town. Because Maree is part of the business community she understands what local and regional people need.
