Love my Freeze Dryer

Here’s a tighter version that still hits the important notes:



I bought my Harvest Right freeze dryer used, and it worked great for over a year with only minor, easy-to-fix issues. When I eventually ran into a problem that stopped the unit, I paid the $45 service fee and got connected with Itzia.

She diagnosed the issue quickly, explained how to confirm it, and sent the replacement part along with a simple video showing how to install it. The repair was easy, and she even followed up afterward to make sure everything was working.

Great customer service and I still absolutely love my medium Harvest Right freeze dryer.

Highly recommended.

We have been using our Harvest Right freeze dryer for five years without any issues, and it has performed reliably throughout that time. Recently, we encountered a problem with the heater, but the company’s support team responded quickly and very professionally. They guided us through the troubleshooting process and made it easy to repair the unit ourselves.

We truly appreciate the excellent customer service and the long-term reliability of the product. Highly recommended.

Great overall! works as expected. One issue with compressors solved promptly under warranty

We bought this freeze dryer about 8 months ago and we love it! We have processed many many batches of mangoes and they are delicious. A hit with family and friends. The myler bags that it comes with are also gorgeous so The freeze-dried mangoes make a great present. We did have one issue with the compressor a month ago but thankfully the freeze dryer was still under warranty. so we sent the freeze dryer back to the manufacturer. they fixed it and they sent it back. We got it back around a week ago and we already did two batches of freeze-dried goods and everything is working great. sending it back for the repair which was under the 1-year warranty, was fairly easy. a heavy machine so we had to get it onto a pallet and into the box that they sent us to ship. but besides that it was a fairly easy process. Also, the customer service representative/technician was amazing. His name is Tray. He was super on top of things. The experience, which could have been a bad one, ended up being a great because of him. We're very grateful. And again shout out to Tray from Harvest Right. 10 out of 10 customer service.

Great Technical Support

I have been freeze drying for 3 years and recently has a problem that their support team resolve quickly and got me back up and running. Great Product and evn better support team!!

The dryers work wonderfully!

The dryers work wonderfully for preserving our garden produce. In addition, when we have had issues with the dryers we own, their tech support has been able to fix the problem every time.

My machine has been running very well

My machine has been running very well, I had an issue with the door alignment but with a called a customer service I had an appointment with a technician and she walked me through the adjustment and start up followed up in 48 hours to make sure everything was working properly. Quality customer service thank you Amanda.

It was easy to set up my new freeze…

It was easy to set up my new freeze dryer (directions are easy to follow). We had a couple of minor issues during the test run (prior to running bread batch) but the customer service was EXCELLENT!! They were right there to help! We have since started testing various foods and this week we are moving into high gear! I'm so excited with my Harvest Right Freeze Dryer!

I love the convinence of making shelf…

I love the convinence of making shelf stable food at home! I've made so many snacks for the kids, plenty of eggs, proteins, meals and so on. When we ran into issues, harvest right has returned our freeze dryer and we are awaiting a new freeze dryer. So far so good!

Harvest Right is the BEST Freeze Dryer Brand

I made the mistake of buying another brand freeze dryer trying to save some money. I had no experience freeze drying and honestly wasn’t sure of the possibilities. I learned a lot in a short time and then after only a few months the internal oil free vacuum pump stopped working properly. I tried everything and even found out that the company had gone out of business. My wife and I decided very quickly that we should have gotten a Harvest Right the first time and couldn’t live without the capability. I placed the order through a rep and within a few days we were told our order was ready for pickup. Drove up to the warehouse and were met by the nicest folks. They answered all my questions about the Harvest Right brand and the differences. They were very patient and even brought out a training machine on a mobile cart to show me around the display and options. I’ve had my new Medium Harvest Right Freeze Dryer for only two weeks now and would highly recommend this brand to EVERYONE.

I own a Harvest Right freeze dryer. I had an issue with the tray unit not heating. I called Harvest Right and a technician helped find and fix my heating unit!! I would recommend their freeze dryers. They stand behind their products!!!

I've had a very positive experience overall. The products are high quality, reliable, and perform exactly as expected.

“I had a mechanical failure on my…

“I had a mechanical failure on my vacuum pump—the cotter pin, spring, and ball bearing dropped into my oil reservoir and got sucked into the pump. It sounded like popcorn popping inside. I sent the video—they sent me a prepaid packing slip. I took it to the shippers and FedEx picked it up that day. Two days later it was at the factory in Salt Lake City. They tested it and sent it back within a week. I tested the machine and couldn’t pull under 700 millitorr. I emailed Madison and she said I had a vacuum leak ‘cause they tested my vacuum pump and it was down to 150 millitorr. When I investigated, I found I had a bad door gasket. I emailed her—she promptly sent me a brand new door gasket. I installed it and now my machine is running better than it ever has. I previously was getting 145 millitorr and now I’m pulling 126 consistently on the final dry. I’m totally happy with her service and the warranty process of my new freeze-dryer. I love my freeze-dryer and I’m freeze-drying all my garden harvest, emergency food supply, herbs, fruits, vegetables, and trying new stuff all the time. I just finished a big batch of catfish and hush puppies —freeze-dried, ready to go. So yeah, the sky’s the limit.”

I love Harvest Right and my Freeze Dryer

I purchase my Freeze dryer in 2024. I have loved this machine. Truly my machine has never stopped running, unless I was leaving town and could not have a family member babysit a batch. Starting late 2025, I noticed issues with the machine, it was making noise and producing condensation outside the door. Finally in February 2026 I reached out to Harvest technical support to get my machine diagnosed and repaired. I immediately receiving a response. The awesome people at harvest right tech support Checked in daily. From Aureen Canubas & Jason Andrade who were prompt & started my claim, then Symon Astoveza who picked up on the claim and got me over to Victoria Clayton who met with my hubby and I via Zoom & ultimately instructed us how to deliver the freeze dryer to their repair facility in Salt Lake. Then Victoria gave me daily updates and within 1.5 weeks, my machine is repaired and I am beyond impressed with Harvest Right. I truly could not be happier.
