I actually work for Harvey Building Products...

I actually work for Harvey Building Products and this would be the first that I would publicly speak about a company I work for like this. However, I cannot speak as an owner of any of their products just yet, but I can speak for the people, the experience, the qualifications, and the quality that goes into making their products as I work in one of their manufacturing facilities. One thing that stands out to me the most is that the environment at Harvey Building Products is welcoming and inclusive. It was a blessing coming here compared to my previous company which wasn’t bad, but certainly revealed that contrast between the two places. Why is this important and how does this relate to their products? Because of this environment it creates and sustains happy employees and when someone is happy while working on something, they tend to put their best effort into their work. Because of this, it is safe to say that the craftsmanship that goes into making their products is phenomenal.
We make Windows and doors here and of course “here” is in the USA and the large majority of our raw materials sourced from third party vendors are also all American businesses as well. Our facility is clean as it can be for a manufacturing plant and is always on the better side of modernization as they always seem to be looking out for ways to improve processes, workflow, and conditions for their employees.
Again, I cannot speak for their products, but as an employee I feel that the environment this company creates is one that an employee can flourish in and when someone is happy with where they work, they are going to put out their best effort, which will reflect in the end users product.
Last note worth mentioning is that I wasn’t asked, or paid to do this review by my company as that would be rather unethical and pretty poorly thought out since they could have had someone more eloquently spoken to do this.
