I dealt with Nick and Craig who were both extremely helpful and friendly without being pushy. They videoed the car for me prior to it being prepped and everything they said would be done was done as promised. The pick up and part ex went very smoothly. A very impressive and professional set up which I would highly recommend.

Marc was great from start to finish
Marc was great from start to finish, accommodating me outside of normal working hours answering questions I had.
The handover was very smooth.
I have waited to write this review due to finding a few niggles with the car after having it a few days. The aftercare service at Alexandra’s prestige (their parent company) was fantastic. They happily replaced the necessary parts and provided a courtesy car whilst the work was taking place, and they had my car ready for me to collect within 24 hours. It was worth the trip just a nosy at the cars which are quite spectacular!

Very happy with the service when purchasing my new car. Nick was excellent, sorted everything out for me as he said he would. 350mile round trip to pick the car up, but well worth it! Presented very well, immaculate just as Nick had promised! All I had to do was pay my deposit and sign on the finance documents! Honestly that simple! Will be my first port of call when I want to swap cars again. Thanks again, it was a pleasure buying from you guys!

The whole process from seeing the vehicle on Autotrader , stepping into the showroom and being greeted by Jamie to taking delivery of my new vehicle was straightforward and effortless.
Nick and Craig were friendly, professional and made things very easy for me and were a pleasure to deal with.
The vehicle was well priced, immaculately presented and I was offered a fair price for my vehicle.

Our Model Y purchase from Harvey…
Our Model Y purchase from Harvey Coopers was very smooth and organized which ranged from getting the preliminary information about the car over email/WhatsApp to the handover process. Nick was able to answer any initial info and doubts we had before purchasing the car and even sent a recent video of the car as well. After we sorted all the paperwork/finances over the phone, we also had updates on the day of the delivery vehicle. After delivery, we were given a very good handover to get us familiar with the car as well. I am glad we went with Harvey Coopers which provided us with such a tailored service that is far better than any online platform that I could hope for.

I recently bought my Alfa Romeo Stelvio…
I recently bought my Alfa Romeo Stelvio from Harvey Cooper Cars and had a pleasant experience. From the initial enquiry, I got a good vibe from Marc who was friendly and didn't use any of the familiar sales techniques you get at main dealers. I was assured the car was in top condition and 2 weeks later I travelled from Scotland to collect the car, I was kindly collected from Harrogate train station. After a test drive, cuppa and some paperwork I had my Alfa Romeo on the road. 5 stars.
After a couple of weeks I eventually got the chance to hand-wash my car to find a gouge on a wheel had been quickly touched up rather than professionally repaired. (Hands held up, I should have looked closer on collection day however a lot of trust was given in the pre-sale) -1 star.
I sold my Audi A5 to Motorway and had to declare ALL imperfections so not to impact my valuation. I expected the same level of honesty and transparency from Harvey Cooper Cars, however, I feel this damage cover up was more Arnold Clark levels. -1 star.
After a few phonecalls and discussions (a few more than necessary) the cost of a wheel repair was covered. The cost not being my main concern, the mishandling of my trust was a greater concern.
In summary, mainly a good experience and I would buy from Harvey Cooper Cars in the future, just with a bit more caution.

Nick was a delight to deal with
Nick was a delight to deal with, knowledgable and not pushy, went through every detail of the car with me on collection,all the staff seemed really pleasant, saying good morning etc, asking if I wanted a coffee/tea.
Car was presented as should be, washed and valeted, thus didn't last long due to the weather!
I would not hesitate to use this garage again and would recommend them based on my experience, just to add, I drive over 150 miles round trip x 2 to initially view the car and then to collect it 5 days later
