One of the reasons that we chose Harvey Jones was because of the excellent customer service from the outset. Ella Takyi guided us through the process from start to finish, offering frank and constructive design advice throughout. She was always available.

Likewise, her colleague, Gard Nyhus, although we never met him, was positively responsive with communications, particularly during the instalment phase.

Overall a great HJ experience and the new kitchen's not bad either!

Ella Takyi and Gard Nyhus were helpful from beginning to end. This meant that were are delighted not only with finished kitchen but with the whole process. Everything was done on time - important as this was one element of fefurbishing our house. Any queries we had were dealt with promptly and to our complete satisfaction. We took a year to complete renovate our new home, and knew we wanted our kitchen to be the focal point of the living space. And it has not disappointed. We worked with Ella and Gard at Harvey Jones to design and implement our dream kitchen. They were both creative, diligent, professional, and efficient. Any bumps in the road that we hit were identified, addressed, and sorted with minimal fuss and stress. We bought our first Harvey Jones kitchen 27 years ago and then when we extended our kitchen 9 years ago we added to the original cabinets and it all looks as good as it did all those years ago and you honestly could not tell which was which . We however recently had a minor problem with one of the cupboard doors and I wasn't sure if Harvey Jones would be willing to repair it but there was absolutely no question that they wouldn't and thanks to the extremely helpful and efficient Nicola Buttriss ,the Installation Co-ordinator , the door was replaced by Steve and repainted by Jerome; so a truly all round excellent service .
