This was our second Harvey Jones kitchen and I wouldn’t look anywhere else!
We knew we wanted to start with the kitchen renovation first as it is the heart of the home and so having had such a great experience in our last house we headed straight back to Harvey Jones.
Henry our designer was incredibly calm and patient as we worked on our ideas and needs and his attention to detail was invaluable. His choice for paint colours and especially our work top meant he created a beautiful space we all love to spend time entertaining, creating and enjoying.
Henry was always at the end of the phone or email and quick to make adjustments as and when needed. I was able to rely on him to send information to the builders with clear plans and measurements and not to delay the project.
The after service care we have received has been second to none and I would like to thank all the team at Harvey Jones, again, for creating our dream kitchen!

We enquired with Harvey Jones last month and liaised with Hagar for the duration of our initial designs. She was not only very professional and phenomenally talented but she also was very kind and caring about our whole family dynamic and how the design would impact us throughout our time in the home. A true artist! We are so grateful to her for taking the time to help us with our project. Definitely recommend enquiring with her!

The customer service we have received from David and Andrew has been outstanding throughout. They have taken time to fully understand our needs, make innovative and well-thought out suggestions, and ultimately, we have ended up with a kitchen design that has exceeded our expectations. We took time to consider a few different options, but the attention to detail, product quality, and the product knowledge continuously displayed by David and Andrew meant that we entrusted Harvey Jones to be the supplier of our next kitchen.

Whilst we ended up deciding not to go with Harvey Jones for our kitchen, this was in no way due to the service we received, and was purely related to factors outside of their control. Charlotte in Hove was absolutely excellent and made the whole process from initial consultation to design incredibly easy and enjoyable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Our experience so far with Charlotte and the Hove branch has been very helpful, efficient and smooth. Charlotte took time to carefully understand our needs, bring her own design expertise and recommendations, and work with our budget and parameters to swiftly support our home renovation. Our cabinetry is due to be installed in a couple of months so we look forward to the designs becoming reality!

We are currently in the process of renovating our home and are looking at upgrading our almost derelict kitchen. Right from the offset, it has been a pleasure to work with a lovely lady called Hagar in the Cambridge branch. She comes with a wealth of knowledge and has exceeded all our expectations when it has come to service and design.

What can I say, from walking in and meeting Andrew, to discussing Ovens at midnight with David, these guys are incredible. David and Andrews enthusiasm from the outset was fabulous. No over the top Sales BS, genuine interest, care and thought from both throughout the whole process. I cannot recommend these guys enough!

We contacted Harvey Jones to spec a full kitchen refit for our listed period property which was in dire need of renovation after 40+ years. David Gregory was extremely generous with his time, visiting the location to discuss designs, offering multiple different layout routes and invariably bursting with enthusiasm and brilliant ideas. David was able to incorporate all of our goals into a cohesive design that suited our budget, and all (perhaps most impressively) within the space of a fortnight. Thoroughly recommended.

Overall we had a very positive experience with Harvey Jones East Sheen, who offer a high-end kitchen at upper mid-range prices. We approached them for a new kitchen and utility room, and lovely designer Jevon got what we wanted right from the start. Yes, there were quite a few glitches along the way, but these were dealt with quickly and professionally and all the staff were courteous and responsive throughout the project. Our fitter, Brad, was absolutely lovely, clearly very experienced and had amazing attention to detail, I would highly recommend him. The end result is a beautiful, top quality kitchen and utility room which we are thrilled with.

We wanted to take a few minutes to just share a bit of feedback now that our kitchen has been installed for a good week and we have been able to ‘enjoy’ our new kitchen surroundings.

Firstly and upfront we want to say that we’re very happy! We’ve already undertaken a few home entertainment ‘events’ and everything has worked as planned and everyone has been very impressed with what we’ve done, the quality of the work, the finish and overall impression.

I know we hit a few bumps in the road along the way (as is inevitably the case with such a project), but we can only say that once we had alerted HJ to our concerns everyone pulled out all the stops to get things back on the rails again ….so thank you and all the HJ team for that!

We remember very clearly our first meeting with Claire when she first came to our home to hear what we had in mind. Claire changed our mind very significantly on a couple of issues and then when the initial drawings / plans materialised it was clear that what she was recommending was the way to go!

Once we had ‘committed’ to going with HJ the handover to the project management team was seamless and effective. Steve M has been very professional, effective, diligent and reliable in all respects - and at all times very ably supported by Cassandra, whose heart probably sank every time she saw an email or call from us!

The fitters / painters have similarly all been of a high standard. We’ve passed on more detailed feedback to Steve but on the whole it’s all been very very positive.

In any event and most importantly, we wanted to say a genuine ’thank-you’ and ‘well done’ to all those HJ personnel who are copied in on this email and all those at HJ who must have contributed significantly in the background (cabinet makers etc, etc) who have made our kitchen ambitions come true!

We got our Harvey Jones Kitchen from the Westbourne showroom in Dorset. Our Kitchen designer, Anna was fantastic. Anna listened to everything we wanted and designed a fantastic kitchen. Anna was very happy and flexible going back and forth with small amendments until we were 100% happy. The skill of the kitchen fitters and the painter was exceptional. We are delighted with our kitchen and would highly recommend Harvey Jones, and if you are in Dorset, Anna as your kitchen designer.

We had a good kitchen design experience due to the employees at the Havey Jones Hove store who were always helpful replied to emails promply and were nice to talk to. Particularly our kitchen designer who provided usuful suggestions and was a pleasure to work with.

We’d decided that we treat ourselves to a new kitchen so popped into Harvey Jones on the start of a journey to finding what we wanted. We met David who spent a lot of time with us talking through our choices and options. We were made very comfortable and he was a delight to deal with. Designing a kitchen can be a daunting task, especially with the overwhelming number of choices available these days. We visited several kitchen companies, but none seemed quite right for us. Then, we walked past Harvey Jones in Clifton Village, assuming it would be out of our price range, but decided to pop in anyway.
That’s when we met Andrew, whose welcoming approach and thoughtful suggestions immediately caught our attention. Shortly after, we had the pleasure of working with David—and that’s when everything changed. The vision we had for our kitchen evolved into something far more exciting, original, and beautifully tailored to our home—something we could never have designed on our own.
David brought fresh ideas with an eye for detail, and an infectious enthusiasm that made the whole process genuinely enjoyable. He was also incredibly creative and flexible when it came to the quote, finding smart ways to bring everything within our budget without compromising on quality or design.
We couldn’t be happier with the experience, and we couldn’t recommend David and Andrew at Harvey Jones more highly. David’s support and commitment made what initially felt like an overwhelming process into something exciting and rewarding. We’re so happy that we decided to walk into Harvey Jones that day.

This was a daunting restoration project of a Georgian Cottage in near permanent decline and needed to be delicately modernised without compromising its historic charm and crucial to this objective was to incorporate a brand new traditional kitchen . Opted for Harvey Jones for their handmade hand painted bespoke kitchen from their Shaker range and accepted their offer on Miele range of appliances . The kitchen was designed by Henry Wetton , with great imagination and attention to deal and was extremely helpful throughout the design phase . The kitchen itself was skilfully made to realise the design and fitted and painted to our colours of choice on site by charming tradesman and now installed , we are very pleased with the result and receives lots of compliments from our guests .
Having purchased many kitchens in renovations I have undertaken , I would recommend Harvey Jones above all !

Lewis Buckley, our designer from the Chester showroom, was efficient, professional and a joy to work with. My husband and I are architects and he took our ideas onboard and transferred them into a wonderful design - we are absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen. The whole team - from Gary the fitter, Jan the painter and Steve the project manager - were really brilliant. Work was carried out meticulously and with great care from inception to completion. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Harvey Jones kitchens.

From the initial planning with Anna in the Westbourne office we were guided through the planning process and she advised us with her expertise and experience.
The whole team have been fantastic from Graham carrying out site visits, the amazing Philip who fitted the quality units with attention to detail and expertise, and customised the cooker hood to accommodate the geometry of our kitchen,Mark the painter who provided a quality finish for our kitchen and the Lovely Jennifer who kept us updated on appointments and site visits

New Kitchen Design - Harvey Jones, 18 Princess Victoria Street, Clifton, Bristol. May 2025
We approached Harvey Jones, Clifton, to design and build a new kitchen for our ground floor flat in a Georgian house with high ceiling and incorporating four ionic columns as key features. David Gregory undertook the very challenging task of designing the kitchen whilst retaining/enhancing the character of the room. From the start of our many discussions David has been extremely helpful and has given excellent advice, so that we now have a design which meets our needs and will be installed next month. We are indebted to David for his patience and understanding of our requirements, his knowledge and design skills and for his professional approach which has led us to a satisfactory conclusion to the design stage of the project.
His colleague Andrew also made a positive and constructive contribution to this challenging project, for which we are most grateful.
Highly recommended.

We met Stacey for two planning sessions, both in Oxford and at Bicester. She was absolutely fantastic - really engaged with our ideas but also added some inspiration and suggestions that made things look even better.
In the end we didn't go with Harvey Jones for our new kitchen, but that was due to our budgetary constraints! I would highly recommend Harvey Jones and definitely recommend Stacey.
