Jules made the whole planning and design process completely bespoke and tailored to our wishes. The changes of mind (of which there were a few!) were accommodated with ease and the final package secured was second to none. Delighted with the support and service - would highly recommend!

We approached Annalisa in the summer to help us renovate our Harvey Jones kitchen, originally installed in 2010, It was complicated by having to remove and refit the island and its granite work top in order to replace the floor. The whole process was managed and executed fantastically well, with Annalisa keeping us informed at all stages of the works as to what was happening when. The work itself was of highest standard, with Brad doing the fitting and Scot the painting. We cannot recommend highly enough!

We are so happy with our beautiful kitchen. Jevon was a delight to deal with from the first meeting in the showroom to the finished product we really felt he was invested in our project. The design process was genuinely fun and we particularly liked that he was keen to make sure our kitchen was really practical as well as beautiful.

Annalisa was extremely helpful in designing the kitchen and helping me find shelving that moves up and down and in and out of the cupboards as I am mobility impaired and visually impaired acs well. They builder John was also excellent as was the fitter Brad who came to sorted out a problem with the cupboards as the nails had gone through my lounge wall. The painter Scot organised the paint problem as Harvey jones had ordered the wrong paint colour for the cabinets and was very quick to get the correct colour from the supplier.

We were very pleased with the professional service we received from Sarah in the Edinburgh showroom. With her experience and insightful suggestions, she helped us make all the decisions from cabinetry and surfaces to handles and taps. The array of appliances were expertly reviewed and decided on after listening to what we wanted. We are now proud owners of a beautiful Harvey Jones kitchen. Any challenges regarding supplies were overcome with Sarah’s help. There was a hitch with the paint colour and communication breakdown with the painter but this was also sorted out in the end and this is why we have given a 4 star not 5 star review.

We recently worked with Harvey Jones for our dream kitchen and the process was professional and efficient from start to finish. Lewis the designer, Mo the coordinator, Mark the joiner and Paul the painter were all amazing, always on hand for any queries, and guided us through the process in such a friendly and supportive way. Having a Harvey Jones Home Visit was a huge plus for us planning our new kitchen and home renovation.
Our Designer Charlotte was very impressive, sharing a wide knowledge of cabinetry and storage solutions whilst being very warm and friendly.
Being able to share our current challenges in situ and for her to offer suggestions and solutions on the spot felt invaluable. She was able to measure out different options and gave a brilliant sense of how a new layout could benefit us.
Over-all having her experience the space and how the light moves around the house re-assures me that this will follow through to the design. I also loved how Charlotte was able to make suggestions for colours, appliances and even tiling and taps. She demonstrated great care and attention to details. We have refurbished our house and whilst a large sum of money it actually feels like an investment and that is a credit to how much the team care.

We have had a brilliant experience with Harvey Jones, Westbourne. Anna Marksen-Roche is incredibly sharp, focused and 'on it' and inspired great confidence throughout the process . She offered excellent guidance and listened to our brief and budget to ensure we ended up with with something that hit the mark on all levels. She is very pragmatic and excellent at problem solving and suggesting creative solutions for tricky areas. Moreover she is a pleasure to deal with. We are delighted with our bespoke kitchen and would highly recommend using Harvey Jones, especially Anna!

I came across Harvey Jones when I was looking for a bespoke kitchen/look, albeit having a slightly 'low' budget.
I liaised with Lucy Darke from the Nottingham showroom from the start and since the beginning she was really helpful and tried to help us achieve a design within our budget. This is when she introduced the Hampton range to us, which is a slightly cheaper and newer range.
She helped us make our vision a reality very quickly and helped us lock in the summer discount they were offering in just a few days and although we ended up spending more than we wanted to originally, this did help us save a good amount of money!
Really pleased with the service and how promptly she helped us with any query, request, etc.
We should be receiving our kitchen at the end of October and we are very excited and can't wait to use it!

Our first Harvey Jones kitchen was installed some 20 years ago and we were very pleased with it so with a new property and project they were again our first port of call.
We have now spent some hours with the very patient Georgina at the St Alban's branch and have been delighted with her design efforts on our behalf.The new technology is amazing but you still need someone with expertise ( and did I mention the patience ) to guide you through the process.We look forward to progressing the project to completion.
