The furniture department at Fonthill and Blanchardstown
This review is specifically for the furniture department in both the Fonthill and Blanchardstown branches. I have bought a MacBook and iPad from other branches and had good experiences. However the customer service departments are these 2 stores is really nothing to write home about, especially after you have spent thousands on furniture. I would say if you are looking for more honest reviews, go and look at their Google reviews.

Horrible customer service / Service
So i bought couple of things of HN couple of times , now i'm waitting for a desk and a chair for a week and hasn't been dispatched , it looks like the supplier hasn't even been notified since it's been a week and hasn't been dispatched .
Secondly , Harvey norman might have the worst customer service system i've ever encountered .
The '' chat bot'' is basically useless , a representative is never available , if you call in the people sound very frustrated or annoyed , as if you're disturbing them or something . I don't even know how i can cancel the order so i can at least buy it from other place .

Customer Service Way Above The Normal
I needed the assistance of your lovetech department in your Blanchardstown Centre Store in Dublin 15. I was looked after by a lad by the name of Matt. He was absolutely excellent his knowledge of all things technical was second to none. His attention to ensuring my problem was fixed and his customer service skills are also excellent. Martin and Peter done a brilliant job of getting the huge and heavy couch we bought into our sitting room unscratched. It was a difficult process as our front door is at the side of the house with a a narrow side entrance but Martin and Peter got it done no problem. Very professional. Thank you.
