Did not know harvy norman did garden accessories untill I lucked up on line. I got what I wanted.and it was delivered very quickly. And at a good price .I have always shoped in there stores for my house furniture. And electrical goods.. they have never let me down.

Called to give a two-hour window
Called to give a two-hour window. Two very friendly guys arrived during that window, did a perfect job of installing two appliances, one of which was integrated. Took away old appliances and all packaging, leaving the place as clean as they found it. Couldn't find fault if I tried, very pleasant experience.

Professional to their fingertips
I had the ‘two Tommy’s’ come to my house from Harvey Norman’s at the designated time. The two appliances were installed when I bought the house, so some years later I was replacing. The large fridge wasn’t going to fit through standard doors but no issue to the two Tommys. A side patio door was quickly established as the route. Fridge installed without any drama. Dishwasher was integrated and was done to perfection. All the packing removed and place left perfect. It has to be said I initially went to HN to start my ‘research’ that Sunday afternoon I had no intention of buying but I got a fabulous female sales asssitant (shame I don’t have her name). She was so helpful, full of appliance information and top tips and I thought why would I go trailing around looking for better service. Thank you Harvey Normans - top of my list in future. And thanks to the two Tommys for being so professional and making the installation so straight forward.

sturdy and colourful beds
Lovely staff at the warehouse helped me fit the beds in my boot. I love the beds, I sleep better, and I love the colour, it was fast and easy to assemble alone, and it is sturdy

Great customer service
I ordered two phones, same model but different colours. Unfortunately they only had one colour in stock. Despite it being Sunday, I was contacted by the store and asked if I wished to proceed with the one colour, which I did. Excellent service. I have had numerous interactions with Harvey Norman over the years and cannot find any fault.
