Usually I get item im looking for however sometimes I need to order it in and that can vary in the time its delivered I waited 6 months on my sofa but only a few days for electrical items. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful.

I ordered a TV from HN for home…
I ordered a TV from HN for home delivery. I still haven't received it. I emailed customer service and got a reply that it was being processed. Yesterday I called the store in Drogheda, and they told me they didn't know when the TV would be in the store. Now I don't know what to do. It's available in other HN stores, but they can't take from another store, like Swords. This was my first purchase from HN and I will never shop there again. I've been waiting for the TV since January 14th; today is January 26th, 2026.

Me and my wife purchase Mila Sofa in Harvey Norman Drogheda. One of their employees Reece welcomed us and entertained our questions with patience, sincerity, and truthfulness. He knows all the details of the products and advises us on what is good and what is best for our house. I was so amazed by his statements, “I was so happy whenever the customer came back here and told me that they are happy and satisfied with their purchase product”. After sales in Harvey Norman was also great, we encountered electrical fault in sofa, after we reported it, they changed all the items within less than a week. Ordered phone on line put down my sister to collect . When she went to pick up she was refused . I had sent her screen shot with all details including her name which was sent from Harvey Norman’s . She then had to show her driving license. After a while they gave her the phone .

Vibration and Noisy is so bad even will 3pcs of clothes
