As i mentioned before
As i mentioned before, a member of staff called me to say come and collect my order from the store. And i paid for the delivery of those products. Not everybody has 9 to 5 jobs.

Collected an item which was fine but…
Collected an item which was fine but ridiculous that only one person for TV, radio section while other staff just walking around doing nothing. At least 3 people waiting on that one staff member. Ended up walking out and purchasing elsewhere.

Great online experience
I ordered 3 tech items at 7pm on black Friday and they were ready for collection at 7.30. I had them collected by 8pm. A great online experience and some great deals for Black Friday. No hassle shopping.

Arrived when they said they would. Were polite, knew what to do and did the job well.
We were given a two hour time slot during which the two lads arrived. They removed the old appliances, installed the new ones and were both efficient and polite throughout. They also took away the old appliances, plus all packaging.
