Very bad experience with click and collect
Very bad experience with click and collect order for a printer from Harvey Norman. As far as I’m aware with any experience I’ve had previous in any other shop, click and collect means you order online and go to the desk to collect your order when you arrive. In Harvey Norman this is not the case. I click and collected a printer, my designated collector went to go to pick it up. She arrived at the click and collect desk and was told to “go get it herself” off of the shelf. She did not know which one she was even looking for as she did not order the item herself and had to ask 2 separate people before she was able to find the item. She then had to carry it to the desk herself to then check it out. What is the point of click and collect if you have to go get it off the shelf yourself???

Great assistant
I've shopped in the computer department a number of time and each time I was helped by a gentlemen named Pratik G, he was an incredible help and was a very knowledgeable assistant for Harvey Norman, I feel it's important to point out good experiences when encountered.

Communication was good
Communication was good, however we were asked to the the receiving slip when only 2 items has been placed in our house, we then reminded them that 3 items were paid for and expected. Therefore a lack of attention to detail was notedwas noted, additional training may be beneficial.

I found the lady I was dealing with lovely , but there was a man at the customer service desk that seemed nice but started to butt in and ask for my id even tho I wasn’t dealing with him which made me uncomfortable because the tone he asked it in wasn’t appropriate

Damaged Utility Room
Ordered a washing machine and the initial delivery date needed to be changed (which wasn’t an issue) but the lads who delivered the washing machine damaged our new utility, I didn’t notice until after they left but there is a chunk taken out of our presses. On top of this the washing machine doesn’t seem to be working properly the water is freezing cold. I would not purchase from Harvey Norman again for this reason. Disappointed.

The experience I had was very good
The experience I had was very good. The delivery men were really very helpful and put the item of furniture where I wanted it. They took off all the packaging for me. I highly recommend them, they were the best.

Recently visited Harvey Norman in knocknacarra, Galway. Feeling very overwhelmed whilst browsing for furniture for a new home. I had visited many other stores for beds and kitchen furniture. Noelle in furniture and miriam in beds made my shopping experience simple and efficient. 2 wonderful, down to earth ladies. Understood my needs aswell as my budget. Very friendly and patient. Highly recommend noelle and miriam to anyone struggling to find good products in their price range. I'm really looking forward to receiving my products and to sleep in my new bed 😊

Delivery and Removal excellence

Great service
Delivery guys were great, staff in shop were great. Only down side, one of the couches is a slightly different colour to the other, despite both being the same material.... It's like one was left in sunlight. Happy with everything else though to be fair.
