Very easy and clear website. Ordered our new TV with ease and chose to Click & Collect from our local store. My only quibble is that we didn't receive the email advising us to collect the item until we chased it up a number of hours later.

Exchange of my faulty item by Harvey Norman 2 delivery guys on 5 November, 2025, was an example of how to do a job properly, with care and attention, and excellent manners !!
We were moving house at that particular time, and instead of repairing and replacing faulty motor in our motor bed base unit, they removed the faulty base from our old address, and replaced it with brand new unit, delivered to our new home !!
Surely above and beyond any imagined perfect customer care !!
Very Special thanks to the two Amazing delivery guys, who made our move something special !!

I was at the photo centre. Clara was efficient, nice yet professional. The staff seemed under pressure because of the lack of good wifi which customers found difficult to understand.
It is especially difficult to deal with unhappy customers if the solution is out of your control. She praised the staff & the manager while under this pressure. Exceptional service.

My item had a great reduction in the Black Friday sale. It arrived quickly and it was very well packaged. Happy customer!!

I opted for click and collect at the Sligo store I got an email saying my package was ready all I had to do was go to the store and pick it up. A great service.

I would have given 5 stars but I waited hours for email to say my order was ready for collection. I eventually went to the store and was told no one was dealing with online orders. The girl on the checkout went off and processed the order.

Kevin was a pleasure to deal with. He was very professional, and had great insight for deciding on type of furniture etc.

Went into Sligo location today for Black Friday, looking for outdoor security cameras (for my dad) and a regular camera (for me). Davey approached us to see if we needed help, we’d only been in the store a minute or two (which was great as we were short on time). Explained what we were looking for with the security cameras, I’m not hugely tech savvy so it was great that he knew so much about the different brands. I had initially picked the tapo camera on a previous visit but because of where my dad wanted to place the cameras it actually worked out that the eufy was a better fit. He answered our many MANY questions about the features, what we would need to set it up etc. He even pulled up his own eufy app to show us how it worked so it was great to see it in action. Then I picked his brain about regular cameras. I’ve wanted one for ages, had some vouchers that were burning a hole in my pocket so I was coming home with one today for sure! Again he explained the differences and benefits of the Canon R100 and the Sony A6100, what him and one of his coworkers had, which would be best for what I wanted it for etc. I was stuck between the 2 but ended up going with the Canon as it came with two lenses. Thanks a mill for all your help Davey! Couldn’t have asked for a more informative and genuine shopping experience!

The delivery was 50 minutes later than the indicated slot. No apology given and the driver’s manner was quite poor.

The store assistant Fiona was so helpful and nice, she went out of her way to check stock and the delivery came in very quickly and the delivery drivers were lovely and put the orders together perfectly

Helpful staff, site is ok but no way to filter what is in stock in local branch in the search results. Bought an android phone and very happy with the purchase and collection time.
