Emilia was just fabulous
The only reason I'm giving five stars is because of the customer service I received from one of the floor staff in the beds department. Emilia was her name. She went above and beyond and was so personable. The whole experience from looking at products to purchase was a pleasure, all that down to Emilia. Give that lady a pay rise. To the management, you've got a good one there....I hope you're aware. To all else reading this, no she isn't family and I've never met this person before.

Bosch Washing Machine
I thought I was replacing my Bosch washing machine with a similar one, i.e. series 4. But the newer model is quieter, has shorter programs and does a 9kg load. I'm delighted.
I paid for delivery and installation. Worth every penny at this busy time of the year. The delivery man phoned an hour before arrival and I was ready to do my first wash half an hour later at 9.30a.m.

Went to purchase a coffee machine not knowing where to start. So many to choose from. I was offered assistance by Diarmuid. He was very knowledgeable about the machines and helped me to choose the best one for my requirements. Good customer service
We ordered easily online and we able to pick up our purchases from a local delivery store in Sligo. The bedside tables were exactly what we expected, with clear written instructions for an assembling legs, etc.
The people at the warehouse were friendly and efficient.
