Mr Biju at furniture section helped us greatly in choosing furniture for our new home, he was very helpful in demonstrating the functions and selecting apt furniture for me and my family
We also visited Electrical section to get an American fridge, but the service was very bad.Felt like we came to another planet, The sales person was found eager to mention what extra charges will be added when we buy it rather than in selling the product, also majority of the products displayed was out of stock.

He was extremely patient, took plenty of time to explain everything clearly, and even looked up information online to help me understand better. He asked what I needed the product for, offered suitable options, and helped me find exactly what suited my needs.

The sales assistant was very helpful with advising me on all the options for buying a double bed. Great quality Irish made beds in stock. I was very happy with my purchase.

Ordered my furniture last October ish and Harvey Norman kept it in storage for me til I was ready after a number of texts inquiring re delivery to me .
Very impressed with this service as I didn’t have to find a place to store it as our renovation job ran on
Dean and Sean were the 2 young boys that delivered to me and they were really good at assembling the furniture and were careful in my house
They were both super !
Overall impression with everything was 5 star Well done Harvey Norman and it’s employees

Customer Service

Ordered a phone online and paid for it. Then recieved an email to say they were out of stock and they offered a refund. However I was not sure if the email was genuine. So have waisted well over an hour on the phone to them and emailing them and no product. Very poor service. Last thing, I will never order from Harvey Norman. Other providers are not like this.

Excellent speed and efficiency. The communication , ease of contact and collection arrangements were excellent also.

Excellent delivery service. Two lovely young men, Dean and Utmarn delivered furniture this morning. They were very polite and friendly and took great care not to disturb anything when carrying in the furniture. Top marks Harvey Norman!

Large fridge delivered yesterday. We measured fridge instore and our kitchen door but did not take into consideration the box. The delivery guys were brilliant they got it in perfect making sure nothing was damaged. Just really brilliant and very professional and friendly. Thanks Again.

Harvey Norman can’t keep online stocks. I have bought golden colour Xiaomi phone. It was in stock when I am buying online. They have called me 2 days later and said that we don’t have that colour, we only have black. I have accepted desperately, because it was a time sensitive gift.

I recently purchased mattresses from Harvey Norman in Tallaght and I dealt with the floor manager Ben. He was unbelievable, answered all our questions and helped us to find the perfect mattresses for us. His help didn’t go unrecognised, he was the best worker I’ve dealt with. Everything went smoothly. Very happy.

Update** harvey Norman replied and are preventing this from happening in future, so I won't be getting my refund then.

I brought a pair of air pods online and I was meant to collect them. I saw a cheaper pair on Amazon so I purchased those and cancelled the Harvey Norman ones. James moore the online customer service rep informed me it was cancelled and a member from Tallaght team will be in contact. No one contacted me. I was charged 200e and never refunded. I have sent numerous emails and get fobbed off by the tallaght store. I guess I'm supposed to let them take my money for nothing
I frequently order from there, I got a washing machine delivered and installed, the guys doing that broke my cabinet door, said nothing and left. I didn't complain at the time as accidents happen but this time they have taken my money for nothing and won't respond to any emails or engage through the phone
Completely unacceptable behaviour, I gave it time but I will pursue this further
