Fair play to Sean very efficient…
Fair play to Sean very efficient sorting the click and collect. Needed a stand and it was found straight away. Didn’t catch the young lads name who brought the tv out to the car but a sound man fair play to him in the rain.

Exceptional Customer Service. I am a Tralee Harvey Norman customer for over 15 years. For the last three visits, I had the distinct pleasure of being assisted by James. I both asked for professional expertise on several items in the course of my visits, and purchased items as well -based on James's clear expertise. But what struck me particularly, was James's ability to always greet me by my name (he always remembered) and, his a keen focus on going beyond and always ensuring I considered all aspects to the printers and memory banks, and other items I was considering. James was consistently proactive to double check any metrics I should consider. I have met many customer service agents at Harvey Normans. James simply stands out.
