It was an easy process. You order & send the photo request online & pick it up the following day. The staff was very friendly & polite.

While I am happy with my purchase I am not happy that I could not rectify the order straight after I sent it. I ordered 2 ( and there were only 2 in the cart) and it processed 4!!!!! Not only was I annoyed at the cost, I did not need 4. The response was, it's too late, as it's an on line order. Very disappointed as I always order from here.

I always get my photos done through Harvey Norman photos. As I live rurally I found them to have a great price the photos are brilliant . Never a problem. Thanks guys in Swan Hill. vic.

Just an easy experience and competent handling of my order, what you would expect in a world where things just go right (ie a rare experience)

Very easy to use the app on my iPhone. Uploaded over 250 images and the photos were ready in under 2 hours. Photo quality was excellent. Collected in store. This is the 2nd time I have used this service for a large quantity of photos and I will use it again. The price was perfect as well.

Bought furniture from shepparton store sold me floor stock dodgy kitchen chairs 6 draw set bottom right hand draw is on an angle doesnt shut properly bedside draws varnish is coming of whenever I wipe them small jewellery compartment gets constantly stuck oh and had a 65" tcl smart tv went haywire also screen went black they replaced it exactly 12 months apart this replacement has a mind of it's own have to do factory resets all of the time spent thousands here and got nothing but dramas NEVER AGAIN I'd prefer to go to a cheaper store any day!!!!!!

I totally agree with all of the comments. I can honestly say I like and favour the old apps.
Lots of options to chose from. It's a shame!!!

Very reliable and consistent photo printing service - and value for money.

So I ordered my first mug from these guys I opened it up in the car and it was just a cardboard box bit of bubble wrap, which was fine, then the longest piece of red hair atleast 60cm in 2 strands, it was so much as if it was placed inside this tiny mug box on purpose and it was inside the mug itself not with the packaging... to the bìtçh with red hair if you're reading this, phùćk you.

Recently picked up a 50x100 canvas print and was very disjointed with the outcome. The image sent was much lighter and had lots of detail in the shadows, but the final result had the shadows at near flat black. What's the point of getting the images photoshop perfect for Fuji/HN to mangle? Given the price of these canvas prints the final result is unacceptable.

I really like this service. It was so easy to upload the images and get the print outs. The print outs on the photos were amazing. Will love to do business again

New photo book program is horrible is not user friendly at all cannot delete pages all my old backgrounds are gone have had the same ones for 7 years now not impressed, no decent backgrounds you cannot sort the pictures you think by updating it they would have chosen a better program not something that is 100% worse and more time consuming. Have done over 20 photobooks over the years and it is disappointing Harvey Norman made the jump with all the other companies with this useless program. Bring the old one back!!!!

The staff at Harvey Norman Photo Centre Cannington are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.
Though the Fuji software could do with an upgrade! (PLEASE install a "Do Not Crop ALL" function like other companies provide!)

The new photo site is awful!! I have done lots of photo books over the years and find the new format inferior with many less options - eg editing the photo on the site before using it - plus the old site had lots more background and decorative options. The new site is losing pages I produce even though I have saved them! Bring back the old site

Completely devastated - after a year of no photos I decided to do a 'best of the last ten years calendars' and none of my uploaded photos work anymore. So I spent days re-uploading from so many stored files on different devices ONLY TO DISCOVER ALL THE PREVIOUS EDIT OPTIONS HAVE GONE.......... That's it - this new program does not work for me. What a shame..... ten years of family calendars sent here and abroad and now, nothing. Please bring back the old system.

I can't believe you have changed your format for making photo books. I used to have so much fun with the many books I have made being creative, taking hours sometimes to make it just right. You guys had it right the way it was. Yes you had to learn your way around but it made so much difference to the finished product being able to use all backrounds, edits, manouvers, embellishments, frames etc. I think you have done it to make it easier for users but you will lose alot of long term users and now it is just like all the other sites around. I have made my book as I need it for christmas but I am not at all happy with it as my choices were limited. I will be looking for options now. I hope the print color and quality is still there.

Although the website says the size of the prints in both inches and cms, it goes by the inches exactly and the cm sizing is out by half a centimetre. They have refunded me but I have lost money on the frames and missed the timeline for my gift.

I have produced quite a few Photo books through Harvey Norman and have always been happy with the many options given to help build a great book. I want to do another book and of course went straight to the Harvey Norman website. What a huge disappointment to see the many changes and far less options available. Nowhere near as easy to manouvre around and the high standard has dropped significantly. Whoever created the new style needs to go back to school. I am not sure I want to do the book now - Possibly the standard of the book has dropped as well!!!

I have been trying to “add to cart” 365 photos since last Friday. And as they are not “added to cart” I have to start all over again, from scratch. Very disappointed!! If I could give you a “0” I would!!!

Ordered a beer glass printed with my own message for a birthday gift and he loved it so thank you.
Online service is user friendly, my order was exactly what I wanted, happy with the quality, order was ready in a timely manner, updating me on the process through email/txt message I appreciate it, pack well in a secure box, the click and collect process at the Hoppers Crossing store was easy love how the store has allocated car bays with numbers.
