Horrible
I invested back in 2017, but sometime after summer 2020 my account was removed and i've lost all my investments. Tried sending multiple e-mails and support tickets, but no answer.
It is quite possible that this has to do with the change of management, from what i've found in the uk gov, Sandra Caesar (Datacom solutions ltd and malter capital ltd) is now the new CEO.

Complete Scam
Purchased hashrate (2017) from them and chose to re-invest, they cancelled contracts in 2019 (Bitcoin price drop)
Now hashrates are cancelled with no sight of return.
Meaning, the hasrate you purchased is useless/no value.

A Total scam
A Total scam! They shut down my contracts and when I did chargeback because of this they blocked me from withdrawing any funds I had. They said the block will remain until the chargeback arbitration is finished. The Bank ruled against me i.5 years ago and closed the chargebacks. But Hashflare still wont release my funds. They just keep saying "Chargeback arbitration is still ongoing." It is a complete lie. CHargeback has been settled 1.5 years ago. Bank has confirmed this. Hashflare has no intention of ever releasing my money. SCAMMERS
