You first contacted us on 24 March at 8:10 PM, outside of business hours. You followed up the next day at 2:01 PM, and we responded promptly at 2:04 PM. We then had a full, detailed conversation that answered all your questions to the point where you were comfortable placing your order, the conversation concluded after you shared a screenshot of your purchase screen at 4:00 PM.
On 26 March at 7:52 AM, we sent a follow-up message to confirm your order had shipped the previous day — 25 March, the same day it was placed. This message was in addition to the automatic order confirmation, payment confirmation, and shipping confirmation (which included your tracking link).
Throughout our conversation, you asked for machine recommendations, and we requested your power cost, which you weren’t initially sure of. Once you provided details on how much you buy and how many credits you receive, we easily worked out your unit cost. We then recommended a list of units that would be profitable based on your power cost. You also asked about a specific model, and we promptly sent you a link to the product on our online store. Additionally, you asked us to explain how we calculated the daily power cost, which we provided to you with a simple breakdown.
The conversation on 26 March concluded with you stating you needed a wallet or key and were currently busy with www.coinbase.com.
Your Nerdminer V2 Mini was delivered on 28 March, and since delivery, we’ve not received any further messages or requests for assistance.
