This company took over our home a few months ago and has made a lot of wonderful changes. The house has been renovated and repainted. Everything is working. They are excellent at solving any problems with residents and neighbors. They keep everything under control. I am eternally grateful to our Land Lord for his trust in this company and especially in Patryck. To be honest I have no clue how they can improve their self , because there is everything perfect. Anyway I wish them grow and develop.

Hassle Free - Exactly as the name suggests.
I cannot praise Patryk and Hassle Free HMO highly enough.
My properties were left damaged and in need of significant repairs by former tenents.
Patryk was extremely helpful, organising and managing all aspects of the refurb and in finding new tenents.
He worked extremely hard, furnishing and decorating the properties to an improved high standard, and to my budget. He really did go above and beyond.
He also sorted the admin side of things and HMO applications with the council, keeping me updated along the way.
I'm now looking to buy further investment properties with a view to letting Patryk manage these also.
Would highly recommend.

Amazing team
I stayed in the house managed by Hassle free HMO and I am very proud what they do. Patryk is very enthusiastic, hardworking, friendly and professional. He clearly made a positive impact on the house from the day he took incharge of the house management.

I have been working with Hassle Free HMO in Swansea for 9 months & found that they do exactly as the name says!
I no longer need to worry about tenants or any day to issues.
If a problem arises they contact me with solutions.
