My chilies were delivered quick and were very, very fresh. Very high quality.

I ordered the frozen diced chiles--so easy to use as much or as little as you want. They arrived before the fresh batch we ordered. Out of the 10 pound load, only two chiles didn't make it. The rest were very fresh and firm and roasted up beautifully. Definitely going to order the fresh again next year and take advantage of the frozen during the winter.

My 10 pounds of fresh green chiles arrived in hot and humid Florida in perfect shape. All green, now roasted and resting in my freezer. I don't live in the Southwest any longer and this brought the flavor of it to me.

Order process was easy. There was a delay in filling my order. I appreciated the message they sent to notify me of the delay. My chilis arrived fresh. No spoilage or damage. Very happy with my order.

The chili was so fresh. The shipment was very quick. The Hatch Chili Store is by far the best place to get fresh hatch chili. From New Mexico to Florida. The chili was absolutely so fresh.

Tis the Season!! I am absolutely over the moon about the fact that I can have fresh Hatch, New Mexico Green Chiles shipped directly from Hatch to me in only two days! Every year at this time in California, my family would have a chile roast that included a feast. I thought when I moved to Maui, Hawai’i that I would no longer be able to enjoy that experience but, I was wrong. I took a chance and ordered the 25 lbs box of Fresh Green Chiles from the Hatch Chile Store and I was surprised and pleased to find that they arrived in such a short amount of time and in beautiful condition! Yesterday was the day of our own Chile Roast. I’m sure all our neighbors were titillated by the smell of Green Chiles roasting all afternoon and into the evening. Our friends and we dined on a feast of Green Chile with Pork, Beans and Rice. It was delicious and the best part, along with the uniquely amazing flavor of New Mexico Green Chile, is that we have enough to freeze that will last us the rest of the year until next Green Chile Season. My family has bought Green Chili from The Hatch Chili Store for over 10 years. Cooking everything from Stew to Rellenos is a delicious experience.......the taste is excellent and the house smells like like special meals are being prepared. Having roasted Chili's delivered to our home in Oregon is quick and each Chili looks beautiful.

We order two 25 lbs. boxes every year, and our UPS driver is always excited to deliver them (they get a handful for the road, of course!)! It has become a beloved neighborhood event to break out the roaster and fill the air with flavor and fun. Love these guys!

I cannot say enough about this company. I order from here once a year if possible. August is the month! Hatch NM chile picking season..... and I try not to miss putting in an order every year. quick shipping and I have my order at my front door in 2-3 days after it is packed. The chiles are so good! and every single one came in tack and solid. UM UM GOOD!

I have been buying Hatch Chiles for about 5 to 6 years from my local grocery stores here in California. The problem is that you don’t know the level of “hotness” you’re getting. This was my first time buying direct. I ordered X-hot and hot and was pleased with the overall level of hotness, the freshness of the chiles, and with my order in particular.
I will buy direct again. If you have XX or XXX, I’d like to try one or both.

New Mexican by birth and can’t live without my green chilis. Moved to Florida a few years ago and have to import my green chilis. Hatch has been a wonderful company to work with. Quick, good shipping costs and very well priced produce. My only complaint is my batch of hot chilis was flawless. However, my batch of medium had a few chilis that had spoiled during delivery or were cut in half during harvest. It was maybe 10 chilis max. Not something I’d hold against them and doesn’t take away from their 5 star rating. Just something Hatch should be aware of. Some customers would react very negatively to an issue like this but those kind of people are usually just miserable with their lives. Anyways keep up the good work and we’ll see you next year for my yearly fix. Siempre te esperamos

I have been buying Hatch green chili from this company for years! They have to ship it to me and it always arrives in great condition (even in the extreme heat not one spoiled chili) you never disappoint me! Thank you for your GREAT customer service as well as growing the BEST chili!!!
