Have been waiting for a long time on word on 2 missed issues of the bismark series, so I got in touch with hatchette customer service, at first was talking with a lady named ellie and then more recent spoke to a gentleman named jordan, both of who were very quickly able to rectify the problem I had, now with their prompt responses i now know that the missing issues from my collection have been located as my newsagents have said they have been reordering constantly, I know this covid has put a break on most suppliers but I have been waiting from last June for these 2 issues.

i have had my houses up for sale with hatchet for a year the staff seemed curtious by very anti active i found that i had to do all the pronting and suggestions on how to sell our property hence our property as not been sold also more annoying when we were first signed up to hatchet we were advised by the agent to go for a one off payment which would cover us until we sold our property now twelve months later they have told me that i will have to make a further payment to cover the sale of our property i am totally devasted and annoyed that i was not advised of this when we first spoke to the agent i am on i very tight budget and cannot afford this extra exspense i would not recommend hatchet there communication skills our desgraceful and poor to say the least do not use this company
