I had a query about my winnie pooh crossword and they were really fast and efficient with my problem really friendly and they solved my problem and they told me any other problems just get in touch really glad I decided to join.

Had a parcel of 4 issues of warhammer 40k combat patrol undelivered (lost in transit, stolen from doorstep, who knows).
I reached out to Hatchette regarding the missing package and Nikita promptly let me know they would replace the delivery with 0 hassle.

Im happy with the service overall with only this 1 small hiccup in, i think, 19 deliveries over a year and half.

Great Customer Service. Keira has been wonderful. the issue was resolved immediately without any issue.

I get the crochet issues. Always get fast response to any queries. I'm a beginner and the first few squares were difficult but perseverance pays off. It seemed expensive initially but there's lots of projects and loads of extras. I really enjoy it and can't wait for the finished throw.

I am 7 months into the Dalek build. It is scheduled to be 3 years total. Everything has been great so far. Stages are delivered every 30 days and they are each packaged very well. They provide extra screws which is much appreciated. The Dalek used quality parts and is going together very well. Only concern I have is the solder connections on the small motors and lights seem very fragile and people have reported having them break off (repairable), nothing has come apart for me though. I handle them carefully.

Hollie and the rest of the Customer Service team on the Warhammer Combat Patrol subscriptions are awesome and you should give them all a raise!

Commuincation with customers is fantastic and shows a willingness to help the customer's needs. The subscriptions they offer also very unique and a wonderful to work with.

Hatchette Partworks have a great customer service. Both James and Sam dealt with my query quickly, by not only replying to my messages and E-mails quickly, but explaining what I needed to do. They also explained why I wasn't able to do what I wanted to do online and that the best option was to ring.

We are currently doing the Peter Rabbit Cross stitch, subscribed to the magazine. I have had a few problems which the complaints dept have been dealing with people like Jacqueline and Milly, mostly sorted now, they have been great if sometimes a little slow, better now as they seem to have more staff.

Thank you Sam S from hatchettpartworks for sorting out my subscription query so quickly and so thoroughly. Once you explained everything to me it became easier to understand. Also the sign of good will you gave me was totally unexpected but thank you very much for your very professional and caring way in which it was dealt with. I love doing the cross stitch in your Peter rabbit collection I find it very rewarding.

If I had my way they wouldn't be getting a 1 ! Placed an order on the 23rd of August it did state a confirmation email could take 24 hours so I waited. Checked 2 days later and no active orders were still showing. So I contacted them through their website and spoke to someone called Milly who asked me send proof of payment to customer service which I did. Still up till now I've not heard back off customer service and still no update on my order.
Terrible company

I really enjoyed my Disney crochet and cross-stitch subscription. I had a great service from the team, especially from Sam F and they have been really helpful with any query. I now have loads of craft ideas to keep me occupied for many years to come.

I liked the crochet magazines and have almost completed the blanket. I`m very pleased with it. I had no issues at all with the magazine. It was really good. However, I am not so pleased with the dolls house. The magazine, the instructions and parts were good. Unfortunately, there were 4 issues I could not get hold of. So the house has remained unfinished. I`m disappointed. I was making it for my grand-daughter.

Great magazines for Disney crochet. I bought the first issue in the shop over a year ago to start learning crochet. I didn’t have much hope but here I am a year on and I’m excelling at crochet. Thank you Hatchette Partworks for giving me the skills, allowing me to make new friends and for giving me a purpose while my little one goes to nursery or sleeps.

I also want to give a big shout out to milly from the customer services team. Nothing is ever too much for her, she is prompt, helpful and very friendly.

I had a missing part on my lancaster bomber subscription customer service responded in less than 10 minutes saying they would send the complete issue with the missing part I have never had online customer service to this standard

I'm currently building the tumbler,awesum piece of kit,really happy so far.
