I've used Hatch a few times and have emailed 3 times since February asking for some further printing, they just do not reply, so I guess they just do not want my business anymore.

Great company to work with
I have used Hatch print on two separate occasions and both times I have been over the moon with the service I have received. Katie assisted me with my second project and her help and support were fabulous. I felt understood and valued and its great to see businesses supporting smaller businesses. Would highly recommend.
The worst customer service experience I have ever encountered.
I made the mistake of ordering business cards, leaflets from Hatch for an exhibition in central London. The company's inability to get the materials printed in time (over the stated 3 working days) meant I had to change the delivery address for the leaflets and business cards which then resulted in a 3 day long battle with DPD to get them delivered which ultimately failed. I accepted this wasn't all Hatch's fault, but Hatch were impossible to get in the phone at pretty much any time you tried.
The materials were eventually delivered to an alternative address well after the required date. I submitted a further order for additional business cards which was then clearly lost by Hatch and it was only when I rang them twelve days later that they 'found' the order and it was processed. I was then contacted by the client with photos of the business cards which confirmed that the 'Lux' premium cards were very poor in quality and had marks all over them. I didn't want to ask for replacements because I couldn't risk them messing up again and just going around in a hellish cycle of being let down.
As an independent company I wanted them to prove me wrong but everything about this company from the customer service to the actual end product was absolutely sub-par and caused me a lot of stress and financial loss.
Please avoid.

A disappointing experience
I ordered 250 personalised calendars with Hatch, and the service and the quality of the products were unacceptable. It took 3 weeks longer for 1 box of the products to be sent over, and another couple more weeks for the remaining boxes to arrive.
The products that I then received were completely different from the sample I had ordered: the calendars did not stand up straight when placed on a flat service, the binding was loose, the corners were bent, some of the card was torn, and a few pages of the calendar were missing. I took the calendars to a local binding service for a second opinion and they were appalled by the quality – the cost to fix the calendars was higher than the cost of the actual calendars!
Upon reporting the faulty products to Hatch and requesting a refund, my email account was blocked. This was in December and I am still waiting for a response. They were unusable and I am both disappointed with the purchase and how my case was handled by the Hatch team. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

All of the hach team we worked with were very helpful and supportive. Sam Watson was particularly helpful working with us on refining and improving my 93 year old mother in law's poetry book. Amazing service! Katie helped me through the setup process with some technical questions on the live chat application then followed through our order to make sure it went out for next day delivery. Quality is good and the offer of lots of recycled stock and non toxic ink fits so well with our eco-friendly gardening business. This is the third time we have used Hatch and I can't recommend them highly enough.

The team at Hatch were brilliant helping me create a memorial card for my mums funeral. I’m not very technically minded but the online tool was quite easy to use and the creative team checked it for me. I used the lovely seed paper and I’m really happy with the finished result. I ordered in the morning and the cards arrived the next day!! Really great experience all round, thank you nice people at Hatch :)
