Misleading w/promo codes they wont honor
This website is a prime example of clickbate. I spent 40 minutes picking out 11 products after adding 2 to my cart i entered the promo code and it worked letting me know how much i was saving on each product i added. I continued shopping and when i get all the way to the end, it takes the promo code off and tells me i cant use it at this time. I guess this is the new way these companies are luring you in by lying and offereing you something that they wont honor in hopes you say forget it and purchase anyway without the code. This is bad business and these type of companies should not be trusted or in business. Buyer beware!!
Customer Service is a Joke
I order online and have had no issues the past couple of times. An order I just did over the weekend they had a promo for 3 for $60. The promo never kicked in and I went ahead and did a discount at the top of the page thinking that maybe that activated the discount. 3 for $60 turned into 3 for $80. I didn’t realize they had my payment info already in the system and it submitted on through.
I contact them on Monday asking if a refund of the difference or a voucher could be made. They respond that since 10% was applied, it kicked out the $60 which is not true. I asked if I should get a refund and then order again. Shortly afterwards a notification that my order was shipped was emailed and they reply that they don’t refund sale items (shipped within a minute of trying to get this rectified?!). I don’t need the $$ but the whole thing was to pick up 3 caps I otherwise wouldn’t have purchased but for $60 made it reasonable.
All in all, customer service seemed like someone who didn’t care and pretty much was there to collect a pay check. My last email stated I would take the order as is but that’s the last from me. I just wanted to pay what the special was and they can eff themselves over the $15-20 difference.
The customer service is terrible
The customer service is terrible! They basically told me to go F myself. Paid alot for a hat and it arrived way too small. I ordered the correct size. I think the hat was just a knock off. Not good ! That hat is now at the salvation army waiting for someone who it fits and I found a new seller that has quality hats that fit and are genuine. Lesson learned for me!
It arrived within a week to Italy
I buy a cap from them to Italy, within a week it arrived in perfect condition. I will buy again definitely
Horrible customer service
First time ordering from Hat Club, hat arrived dirty under the brim with poor stitching. I went online to exchange and was only offered a refund minus the return shipping. Emailed them and got an immediate reply that the hat did not qualify as defective. I
expressed my dissatisfaction with this and was told to send the hat back and a "specialist" will review the hat but if they conclude it is not defective I'm still on the hook for the return shipping. For $50 l expect a mint condition cap and if not so be offered the opportunity to exchange it. The all too common can't be bothered

I doubt that the cap is original. The quality of the fabric feels lousy, the stitching and the labels very poor quality.
Terrible Customer Service
I have been a longtime customer of Hat Club, purchasing several hats from them and have never had an issue over the years.
However, with my most recent purchase the cap I received does not meet quality control standards. The visor/brim is visibly misaligned to the centre of the cap. I have emailed Hat Club's customer services on several occasions and they do not seem to understand that the Hat is defected. In addition to the $25.00 international shipping I had to pay for the defected item, they want to charge me a restocking fee to return it and seem to have no interest in providing me with a replacement, which is all I am asking for.
Sadly, I will on longer be purchasing anything from Hat Club due to my recent unsatisfactory experience. If you are an international customer like myself, please reconsider your buying options elsewhere.
