Morning I received my order but it was faulty. Initially I was informed by e-mail that the buttons may be the wrong way round? In the end I was informed I could have a full refund if i returned them at my expense, but that returning may not be advisable because they may get lost in transit. In the end I got my refund so cant fault Customer Service even though I kept getting e-mails from 2 seperate addresses and upto 7 at a time.

Ordered a pillow which was sent via YODEL who delivered it (on 10.10.2025) to someone else, providing "proof of delivery" with the parcel turned over so the address label (with MY address on it) would not appear on the delivery photo. In other words, there is no real proof of delivery. YODEL advised that the contract they have with this seller states that the seller will refund the customer in the event that parcels go astray. YODEL finally admitted delivering to the wrong address on 21.12.2025.
We are now in February 2026 and the seller still refuses to refund me so I remain £39.99 out of pocket.

Now I am excited to have received my replacement 360 Degree Intelligent Electric Toothbrush with Cold Light, and the USB cable and/or USB charging base works as advertised.

Shoe Exchange
I ordered a pair of shoes going off their size charts. They were the wrong size. I contacted them and they reached back out immediately. They said they would get the shoes exchanged. They told me I could keep the shoes they sent and they would send me brand new pair in my size. I was very happy dealing with them and plan to do future business with them.
