My order did not include the hats I picked out from the pictures online.

I have ordered from your company quite afew time and I am very happy with your products as they compliment my style and dressing. The only i thing I have to add need to improve your after care and maybe add tracking of items after been bought

Easy to navigate and plenty of discounts and great variety of hats.

Great website, my only issue is that i shop in CND$ then you change the currency to US$. Why can i not buy in Canadian rather than US.

The two Panama hats so far received are absolutely perfect. Have just ordered two more in darker colours. Sizing is just as expected with just a slight variation between the two hats (size Large) The workmanship and finish on these hats is incredibly good. I'm looking forward to showing them off in our British Summer

I'm sorry that I cannot rate the company below 1 star given 1 is too good. I purchased 3 hats for $95 on December 9, 2024, that finally arrived in January 2025. I received 1 hat that was wrong and 2 hats that were very poor knockoffs of what was on the website. I believe they use photos or stock photos or other companies to advertise what they don't have. When I tried to return for a refund, I was given the run around and told to keep the hats, receive $8 and coupons because it was too much to return the hats to China. I countered and asked for a $50 refund but received a reply that the most they could offer is $15. It is April and still no money. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Tried to report it to BBB but that's useless. (I have the emails to confirm what I've written.)

I found the website easy to use. I liked the variety of hats, especially fedoras, which I was looking for.

Be cautious with this website. They advertise products they don’t actually sell, then ship cheap knock-offs instead. After I complained, they offered $5, then half my purchase price, but wouldn’t fully refund or fix the issue. I also learned they’re not based in the U.S. as implied, but in Hong Kong. Don’t accept their lowball offers or share more personal info—contact your payment provider to dispute the charge instead.

I paid with my card and immediately received a message from PayPal stating thank you for using PayPal. You will be billed in your PayPal app which I don't have and hate when a middle man jumps in to try to collect. Please verify if my order is confirmed with my payment. Thank you

Great choices. Very easy to navigate the site, and communications were brilliant.

The hats are poor quality
The sizes are not accurate
This is a Chinese scam
The return policy is bogus
The cost to return these cheap products to China is more than the cost
Please don’t get caught by this scam as I did

Where to start? Let’s go with organization. This company clearly steals ideas and wastes no time doing anything short of plagiarizing from other sites. Some of the fedoras I recognized as literally the exact same as those on legitimate sites. They are the same product, photos, and descriptions. Word for word, pixel for pixel. The hat I ordered from Hatsfashion was a direct copy of the same hat featured on Herbert Johnson(a real company). The only difference was the price. They went through such laziness that they left in the original hatter name: Herbert Johnson in their plagiarized product description.

Next I guess I’ll continue by diving into their God awful team. I confronted the customer service of this site when I noticed the undeniable parallel. It took them days to respond to the email I sent. They responded with the laziest reply I could have imagined. They answered none of the posed questions and I’m 90% sure that this was an automatic message. It said to refer to the website. There is no other communication option except an email that doesn’t read your message.

Now the product itself. Jesus, how do I even word this. So they show pictures of products on their page that were stolen from other websites and companies. Bad enough. But the products they serve are not only cheaper, not only falsely advertised, and not only incorrect to your specifications, but they also deliver terribly! Mine for instance was miscalculated for delivery per their website and furthermore left in the RAIN AND SNOW! I cannot begin to describe my displeasure with this site. Not to mention the absolute disappointment I got when I found my product crushed and in a thin plastic bag only to open it and find the equivalent of a wrongly sized toy hat made with the least bit of effort so that it bears no resemblance to the intended product!

I hate to be one of those people, but if this is how they treat their customers and if half the reviews on this site are accurate, the only plausible explanation for the matching amount of 5 star reviews is that they fake them and send them out under bullshit names and addresses. There is now way in hell that I and hundreds of others had such a horrible time with these people and somehow, at the same time, an equal amount have had the best experience they could have had with them!

This site and company are a scam and cannot be trusted. Do not allow yourselves to be swindled by them. Do not buy into the positive reviews. There is no more to say.

I received my order’s in a timely manner and both hats are very nice and and exactly how the store presents them…. Quality hats for a very reasonable price…. I have already placed another order and can’t wait to get it…. Extremely satisfied with HatsFashion….

don't buy anything from these fraudsters, they sent me the wrong item, it wasn't the one I ordered. yet they are not going to replace me or send out the product that I ordered. all they offer as compensation is 5 dollars of the 70 I paid.

Easy to find the products and sizes.

Not what I expected, the band is not the same. And I didn’t expect to adjust the size by tying the strings.

I like the color and style of my hat! Moreover, I enjoyed the 20% discount!
