Fast delivery, but the return process for the wrong size product took too long. No discount or refund was offered for future orders. I would not recommend based on my experience.

- This hat - although quite nice model, with slightly too large brims - was rather a disappointment in the SENSE that it was made the Chinese way from some kind of "CARDBOARDISH"-cotton(-ish) material. The defect/downside of this ( material ) is the feature that it's TOO STIFF. This MEANS, that when the WIND BLOWS, it might take the hat OFF the head in an instant [ literally in a less than second ] because of the RAPID LIFT under the brims. This is of course not the case with Italian (-Swedish ) -made hats because it/this has been thought out in ADVANCE, which I have previously purchased from the same company. - This hat was inexpensive, though, but I wouldn't buy something like this again from the same material. - Thank You anyway. -

Firstly, the delivery took a long time, although the reviews say the opposite. I was hoping to get an interesting hat from Sweden, but I got (made in China) no decoration inside, no logo, no trim, just a small tag (MiCH) That's not all, but even that's enough.I wanted to buy another hat, but now I don't want to because I'm not sure about the quality of the product.

Delivery was fast, customer service was polite and very helpful before ordering.

My experience of the HatShop is......I'd say *Magnificent*..it is a word powerfull enough to describe my feelings. I found the HatShop by an accident..from goole etc., I've wanted a Hat that; a.) Actually suits me ( abit of a 20's style was my wish❤️👒),
b.) is possible for me to purchase when it comes to finances..c.) Allthough I searched for a very good quality Hat.

You promise on website 2-4 days delivery…You can not keep Your promiseses. So I miss the package, because Your were late, and I sis not got it before my vacation. During my vac the package was send back. So do I get
My package or not? Can You resend it or do I contact my credit card company?

And in case you are one of those englishmen, let me tell you, this Camagruppen is a very fine what do you call an establishment of business. Those swedes know their hats inside and out, this is you know because their hair is often times blonde and washed out, so they want something to cover it with. And the shipping was handled by DB Schenker, wich is run by the combination of west and east germany, german federal republic. They moved the parcel faster than how fast the arabs gained mammon after finding oil by using their camels in the gypsy deserts.

What makes this possible is their history and now it’s rooted in their blood. Ever since WW2 the big one, the germs had to get clever with moving their arsenal in the middle of blitzkrieg as everyone started to turn on them. They quickly developed skills in moving things from one place to another, in a sense this is something I like to call ”logistics”. Just in 6 bank or business days, they got a blue piece of fur - what an exquisite hat it is, across the land of swedes and liberal meatheads here into my fatherland and dear homeland Finland/Lapland.

In conclusion even if the swedes seem a little queer at first and maybe they are that, but one another thing they are is they are excellent hat salesmen and businessmen, I bet they could sell snow to eskimos if only the eskimos had any money. And german parcel service works like a dream now that they made up with the polacks, so forth they can use polish airspace for their post planes so the route of delivery is even shorter, otherwise they would have to go around and above the ruskies, and we all know what a whole bunch of ruskies think of couple of germs. And ruskies are currently busy with already one problem in their hands, little hassle with one of their most active former members, maybe it’s not too wise to intervene. At least if I was them I would ask the wise hebes for advice first. Although the company being german with GmbH, it would be maybe in best interest to pretend to be say a swiss cheese merchant before going since heebs/jews and germs don’t get along neither as seen before.
