MORE REASONS TO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
This company now contacted me through Facebook and not even email asking that reach out to UPS and sort out all the import paper work and charges. What kind of company does this!! If you cannot deal with import paper, you shouldn’t be shipping to foreign countries. And if I don’t do it, they throw away the hats and I loose my company.

Your package has already been dispatched and, unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel the order at this stage in India.
UPS has informed us that they have been unable to reach you. Additionally, the required documents for Customs clearance have not yet been provided. Please note that the IMPORTER TAX ID or EORI is necessary to complete the clearance process.
We kindly ask you to contact your local UPS office as soon as possible to provide the necessary documents and complete the clearance procedures.
Please be aware that if the delivery is refused, your parcel may be disposed of by local customs in accordance with your country’s regulations.
