Had ordered a cap recently and it was…

Had ordered a cap recently and it was stated in the website that it will be delivered in 6-10 business days. However, a few days had past the expected delivery date and when i track my parcel it showed that it is still in Sweden and so i decided to email them but no one even replied. Really slow and bad experience i had and would not recommend anyone who is rushing to get from this website. I am really doubting if this website is even legitimate right now.
If you guys can reply so quickly here i don’t get the reason for not replying my email…. please fix this so that others will have a better experience!

Is anyone alive in this website

Is anyone alive in this website? Ordered 2 caps on 24th Oct and after exiting the site, there’s no way to review your order again as they do not have an account for their customers. Payment to them was through PayPal and the recipient was hatstore.se and 3 days later I sent an enquiry to ask if my order was received and when would it be shipped but no response from them till now. Wouldn’t they supposed to follow up with an email at least to inform customers of the order and estimate date for shipping? Now I’m wondering if I have ordered from a bogus site. Anyone alive kindly get back to me?
