I bought beard trimmer last year i hardly use the trimmer im having problems with battery also motor or the blade seems to be stuck.. I have sent out 4/5 emails not had any replies back from them...

Scammer. They never send any items. I have been scammed for an order i did not place
I have ordered an item, and they did not send me even confirmation emails. They don't reply and they don't send my item too
Bought a hair trimmer from Amazon, it quickly stopped working, Amazon told me I had to contact the seller directly, I used the supplied contact form 3 times and directly email them, no response at all.
Eventually Amazon offered a full refund directly, but would not recommend this site ever.

Would be happier if I could give minus stars, which would be more appropriate. The worst customer service imaginable!!
An attachment broke(my fault), so I contacted them to try and buy another. Before contacting, I searched their replacement parts website and the part I needed wasn't on there. So I contacted them four times over the course of a month with no response. Because of this, I will have to buy a new shaver from a different comapny just for the sake of one broken hair clipper part!
Don't waste your money on these jokers. Buy elsewhere.
Only 1 charger sent and it doesn’t fit the hair clippers, only the beard trimmer. Customer support is totally rubbish to the point of not existing. Still waiting on a reply to several emails….. no contact number either.
A few months into purchasing a Hatteker SK113B hair trimmer in 2023 and it became faulty. Power switched on by itself and had to wait until it used all power before charging again only for the same problem to continue. Stopped using for a few days and it won't power at all now. Contacted customer services by individual email addressing and using their online form. No response for months, until one day they replied and said all emails I sent went to their SPAM folder, even their online forms, how utterly RUBBISH, there IT for customer data needs investigating! They then proceeded to make up a story of their own, suggesting I dropped the trimmer and it was self made damage, therefore they will not consider a refund or replacement, it's all my fault. They didn't ask for it to be posted back to investigate the fault, off the cuff made up story, totally WACK! They really are a very bad company, service and product... don't buy!

Purchased a beard trimmer as a Xmas gift. After just 5 months it has failed and no longer charges.
Any decent large company would assist and replace but goes to show that this so called company is dodgy as they don’t want to know.
They have a live chat on their website that they fail to use. They fail to respond to emails and any kind of communication.
Stick to the big well known brands! It’s definitely worth it!

I've chosed this product from the reviews I readed mostly.
I have tried it only for the beard, for the hair I have no idea.
I have read some negative reviews that it doesn't cut well and pulls all the hairs.
That's actually true if you have long beard and use the *hair clipper* instead of the *T-Blade trimmer*.
The T-Blade trimmer that goes up to 7mm cuts very well with no issues but the hair clipper it's true that it pulls a lot of hair.
I don't know why it's like that maybe it's designed only for hair which is more soft usually.
It would be nice though if it would work the same as it's not easy to trim medium beard with it.
Despite these comments the quality looks fine for it's price .
So from my perspective if you want to trim anything above 7mm choose another product.
25/03/2024 update:
It's very disappointing to see rusty parts inside a waterproof beard trimmer only after not even 1 month of use and without using it inside the shower for example. I was just washing it off slightly under the sink and with the clipper on.
Had 2 Hatteker electric razors. Both failed within 6 months. Tried to complain to company to resolve but just got totally ignored on both occasions.
