Hattonhill are not cheap but the quality of their goods is excellent. Their website is easy to use and the goods are delivered promptly. The packaging is A1 and keeps everything protected.

I always purchase my special herbal ingredients from Hatton Hill Organics. It is completely trustworthy with a stamp for soil association approved. This is extremely important to me, as I feed my family with these herbs and expect them to gain all the nutrients from our food. I highly recommend their products. Ordered Turmeric, no eMail acknowledgement. Package not delivered, eMailed and told it was delivered by DPD. Not received, so emailed again told DPD delivered, gave tracking number which was not recognised by DPD. Checked with neighbours, no package delivered. Hatton Hills said would ask DPD TO investigate, No reply, emailed again and was told DPD had GPS no.? Asked them to confirm, refund or deliver advising Small Claims Court if not, told to go ahead. No further contact. Advised Santander Credit card fraud dept, had to forward all communication, Money refunded promptly!
I do not believe they had the Turmeric when they took my money and am suspicious they gave me a fictitious DPD number. Trading Standards will be advised of this.

Placed an order, got delivery dent out confirmation, then ordered delivered notice. When I arrived home package was nowhere to be seen!!! When I contacted the company they asked me to do all kinds of checks with Royal Mail etc and get back to them. After days of trying to locate the parcel and having no success they just kept telling me the same thing ‘your tracking information says it’s been delivered, sorry’ but they could not tell me where it had been delivered to! I then explained to them that it may have been delivered somewhere by accident, and were they able to send out another item and they just stopped replying to my emails. Really poor customer service and care for consumer. I will NEVER order anything from them again and will also advise family and friends not to do the same.

But i wish you stock up more on the popular spices and nuts. More organic macadamia nuts and sweet paprika please and more quality herbal teas from the best regions and countries in the world who produce the food we eat, because we all need to be happy and healthy.
