Great compsny
I love quinoa and was very pleased to find Hattonhill on line as they have it, along with lots of other goodies.

They taste lovely
They taste lovely, the best i have tried, with a lower sugar taste.
Most other brands have extra sugar added to them, so these are great for people wanting less sugar in their diet like me.
Blueberries arrived, well packed with a thank you gift which is a very lovely thought.

Poor customer service
I have received my order , but one item was missing. I have contacted customer support via email as there is no contact number provided. I have received reply the following day asking for invoice which I happily sent. However, I haven’t heard back after that and it is been 4 days now. I sent another email asking about the same issue, but didn’t get any reply yet as well. So until you have any issues with order it seems as a good website, but after my experience, I see a very poor customer service and no means to contact them except for email.

This was not the first time this happened!
The cola bottles say they are vegetarian on the website and when you place an order but the ones we received contain pork gelatine!!!
Nobody EVER answers the phone!!

Great Spices.
Great quality spices vacuum packed to keep fresh if you are buying them in quantity. Hatton Hill are extremely efficient in despatching, just a shame that you cannot say the same about the couriers that they use!

VERY DISAPPOINTED
Received order and all the tins and almond milk had been placed on top of everything else not packaged properly, they had all dented and were unusable! there was nearly £50 of products damaged. I took photos and asked for them to be replaced and I would send them back but this was not an option apparently. It took ages for communication to take place, I tried to call several times but no answer and emails were slow.
Also another reason why I would not use this company again is that why the hell is all the products covered in plastic, especially when it is organic!!!! This pains me
