I have ordered here before and was happy with the service, but my most recent orders have been a bad experience of missing items with little to no response and now waiting 2 months for an order to be shipped and receiving little to any form of communication. I have now emailed and texted their Instagram with No Response

Ordered a Trafalgar Law hoodie from Haturaclo a few months ago -- took a while to arrive as it was preorder, but the staff manning the insta were prompt with their responses and kept me updated on order status (despite the delays). Hoodie is as described - a little bit tight around the neckline but otherwise fits well. Looking forward to more Law merch, would buy again!

Placed an order two months ago. Status has not changed from: "your order is confirmed". Customer service does not respond to multiple emails about an update. Shipping was only supposed to take 2 weeks..

Update: still no order recieved or money back. My original order was placed 6(!) Months ago now.

I bought a hoodie from them and I am really happy about it: the materials are high quality and it’s worth the price (but you need to wait a few weeks for your clothes to be made)… besides this the assistence is very fast and they help you with any problem you have… I reccomend it 1000 times

Ur designs are completely nice but please do more backprints on t shirts and hoodies

The clothes are incredibly high-quality, and the support is super friendly and fast! Additionally, the designs are simply unique.

The shipping takes for ever, I had to wait more than a month for my order to be delivered. Terrible customer service, I sent them an email because I was concerned about my order not being shipped and they didn’t reply. The only good point is the quality of their clothes.

Their tracking code didnt work.
Tthey had chosen a wierd courier i have never heard of who contacted me about additional information in a language i dont speak. The courier didnt say what information as it seems they got all the info they needed. I contacted haturclo multiple times for this. No responds beyond we are going to look into this

The quality is absolutely amazing, and the sweaters are designed so well.

100% satisfied with both orders placed, sweatshirts with great materials, really nice embroidery, sweatshirts that fit really well, fast service and good prices. By the end of the year would be top of the berserk sweatshirts

Customer service from Haturaclo is unbelievable. They had a sold out design which I was in love with and they managed to find me last sizes which I purchased, the quality is absolutely incredible, you will not regret your purchase.
