I had solar thermal water system installed by hauscube ltd back in July 2021 the company has provided very poor service and shoddy workmanship. I have experienced leaks on the tank connections after installation contacted them endless times emails by phone just full of excuses. Had to write to them complaint about the issues still no response, trading as sterling construction Ltd, rip off company stay well clear they just claim money of government green homes grant but not provided service to customers.

Money scammers. Just ripping the goverment and making people struggle. Very bad company . Never ever use it. Thanks

They put solar panels in my house after few weeks stop working keep ringing they not answer my call I don’t know where I can go for repair becoz of under warranty

Worst company ever, Solor panels causing a leak. Solor panels do not work. First complaint napit dealt with second recc. Recc are no good. Will be going to small claims court.

Never take any service from them. Awful customer service and the work they do. They just ruined my house. And now they doesn’t answer my emails.
They installed my solar panels and after few days water started leaking. My loft is damaged completely only because of these people.

Awful customer service, number doesnt connect and they only want to communicate through email, if your system breaks down they wont pick up the phone, stay clear

This company doesn't deserve any stars had there been choice.
Had my solar thermal fitted in Nov 2021 and they've partly done their Job.
I was told that my triple coil vented 250 litre thermal storage will arrive after Christmas due to holidays.
Ever since they've left we are hearing water hammering sounds everyday.
Tried contacting them several times also sent them emails not received any response.

This should be no stars.
I’m a painter & decorator who works for himself. I did a small job for these over two months ago and still haven’t been paid. Every time I phone or message I get the same answer “sorry I’m away on holiday at the moment I’ll get back to you” they never do.

Napit revoked their certificate 18 AUGUST 2022 for Hauscube, they are overwhelmed with complaints from this company.
Tank over flow pipes should go outside, they put them in a container by the tank.
