Worst Customer Experience Ever

I ordered an Anja sofa from HAUS Direct. I've spent the past three weeks calling the company to get replacement screws. I'm put through to some call handling service that say's they will send an urgent message to the company to contact me back but nobody ever does reply or come back to me. This website is a scam.

Totally useless company with no…

Totally useless company with no communication. What-so ever. Waiting weeks and weeks, promised the item will arrive next week for the last 3 weeks and even when they finally send me an email to say it will be with me in 48 hours, 10 days later, no product.
Save yourself a whole bunch of stress and shop elsewhere.

Seems fraudulent ordered a desk which…

Seems fraudulent ordered a desk which was in stock - there has been no contact, no eta and no return of calls or emails simply calling them where they take my number and tell me they will call back they never do - I have asked for a refund same thing no response- have issued a chargeback with my bank.

AVOID SOMETHING IS VERY WRONG!!!

Shocking experience with this company

Shocking experience with this company. Stay away! Numerous phone calls to the 0333 number and you can’t get through to the sales team but you leave a message with the operator and no one bothers to get back to you. Ordered a desk on 16 June with 10-20 days delivery time frame and it was showing in stock. It’s now August and nothing has arrived. No communication whatsoever. I called more than 5 times and no one gets back to you. They just take your money and that’s it. Shoddy and no way to run a business, something is seriously wrong. At the beginning of August and after absolutely no communication I raised a charge back with my card company to get my money back, as I they have left me no choice. Funny enough they then contacted me via email to say it would not be disputed. And I have reported them to trading standards. Absolutely diabolical way to run a business. Stay away!

Late deliveries & poor customer service

I ordered a desk on 15th June with an expected time frame of 10-20 working days for delivery (now 26) - item showing as in stock. I have tried emailing (no response) and left 2 messages with reception for a call back within 48 hrs (not received). All I want after reading some reviews from customers saying that have been waiting 3 months is to know is realistic timescale for how much longer I should need to wait so that I can make the decision on whether to cancel the order or continue waiting. I understand these are difficult times but you shouldn't be promising customers a call back if you can't adhere to it & should be managing customers expectations. Other than keep calling every 2 days & praying for a response, I don't know what else to do. If no response if received I will be left with no alternative but to put a chargeback on the transaction.”

Do not order from this place

A terrible company. No contact since ordering a desk. Took the money, but no contact and will not reply to emails or answer telephones. I am struggling to believe the good reviews are genuine and they are not simply a fake company. Do not order from this place

After a long delay and a panic from…

After a long delay and a panic from reading negative reviews, we were beginning to think we were never going to see our order. When we contacted Haus Direct with our concerns, Sam was calm, helpful and reassuring. Our order arrived yesterday and we are very satisfied. I am left with an impression of a company that has had to deal with unprecedented demand in a global pandemic and without he infrastructure of the likes of John Lewis. Please other customers, be patient. Thanks Haus Direct, and good luck in future trading!

SCAM. AVOID!

Like many others I placed an order 8 weeks ago.. paid for fast delivery.. product doesn't arrive.. can't get through to customer services. THIS IS A SCAM. Not company name or number in the T&Cs.

I recommend everyone to bombard Rahul Devgan (@DE11GAN on twitter and instagram) who is the managing partner as per LinkedIn.

You will also notice the "5*" reviews are fake (check the other reviewers that person has left, surprise surprise more 5* for Haus Direct)

100% honest review

100% honest review. I am ashamed that I panicked after reading reviews on here and promptly filed a chargeback with my Bank to get my money back from hausdirect. I calmed down and rung them as well as raised a ticket via my account on their website. Yes the phone is manned by an operator but she passed the message on and I promptly got a reply that morning. I asked for a refund and the money is back in my account a week after I put through the order online. I believe hausdirect is completely legit and suffered in the last few months with customer service and supply chain due to covid. I apologise for judging them and will buy again when I’m can afford the delivery times.

Do not order from this company..

This company can only be described as crooks. They have taken a payment of £400 since 24th of May. No delivery, no update, no response to email, no response to phone....no refund!! Do yourself a favour, shop elsewhere!

Poor customer service

This company advertises stock available, takes your money then nothing!! Product will not arrive as stated on advert.
Customer care non existent, no-one will answer the phone, no customer care replies to email, can't leave an answer machine message as always stating full.
I will not be using this company again so would advise to shop elsewhere...

Spot on service I would definitely come back!

Spot on service, from start to finish everything was fine with our transaction. As per my chat with Lauren we all appreciate the delays given the current times and those that want to complain will complain, nothing you can do about that. We are in unusual times right now and 90% of the nation are very frustrated especially if your buying a desk as you have work pressures and home life balance to think about, with more time on peoples hands they probably have more time to write reviews and complain as there is nothing better to do for some, keep up your hard work and I will certainly recommend your business to my friends and colleagues, quality is brilliant and was worth the wait for our mini office. Great price which makes it even better!! Don’t give in to the complainers your doing a great job, must be hard to keep everyone happy when you sell such great products. All the best during these difficult times.

Worse company in the world

Worse company in the world! Ordered a desk back in May. I have been more than patient due to COVID but this is ridiculous! I’ve called a number of times and they keep saying they will get in touch within 48 hours and nothing. This has happened 3 times now and also wrote a number of emails without any response. They are quick to take your money but not deliver any product. I’m now trying to get my money back. Warning DO NOT ORDER from this company!

Don't be fooled by good reviews! In my experience all the bad reviews mirror my situation exactly. Really wish I had researched this company better before placing an order. Over 5 weeks since I placed my order and still no confirmation as to when the bed will ever be delivered. All my calls go through to a switch board operator that claims to pass a message on to whatever relevant department but nobody ever calls back. Also raised a ticket over a week ago requesting confirmation of a delivery date. Tumbleweed. Truely awful customer service. I could understand delivery delays, if at least someone at their end could take the care to communicate as to what is causing the delay and give re-assurance that bed will be delivered in the end - but as it stands all my attempts to get any answers have been met by deafening silence. I am losing all faith in this company now, so will have to start the unpleasant business of cancelling the order and requesting a refund...

My experience has been a pleasant one

My experience has been a pleasant one, ask to speak with Sam, a number of people complaining about the legitimacy of this operation, really am baffled as I’ve shopped here for a few years and recently took receipt of my order, absolutely fine. My advice is make your own mind up and do not go of others as your the one that will lose out, try calling the 0333 number I got through in 10 seconds on two occasions. It cannot be a coincidence, what I will say is it there has been any change it is for the better as they have more staff now and have a much more professional website with an even better product offering.

I would definitely not hesitate to shop here again. As for us this a scam website or mention of trading standards, a little extreme in my personal opinion, sadly trust pilot is not authorise by haus direct so for all the readers you are less likely to see positive reviews as they do not send their customers here to leave a review by default they use reviews.co.uk and even that when speaking to the team how often do we really go out of our way to leave positive reviews? Always to leave negative reviews and you always see the complainers go across every website our there. I’ve seen a number of people on here below my comment also write on the other review collector, clearly too much time on their hands. I know things are very difficult for everyone right now and frustrating but think about this poor company staff who are listening to you all complain about a product that is delayed? They are not selling medicines or PPE items, expect a delay it’s not normal times.

I hope more people like me from my few experiences now of haus do come on here and tell customers the good side of experiences as there are always two sides.

Just thought I would share mine, I will also say when I placed my order last year they had about 20 reviews. They now have 61 reviews. Are you telling me in 1 year they have only done 41 sales?

Use some logic people and think about the fact all those other customers clearly must have had a positive experience in that time as they have not complained on here.

What is going on with this company?

Same as all those below.

I am going to reach out to trading standards as something is going on here.

You can’t get through to the company and as mentioned several time below there is never a response to messages.

The website makes it appear that the business is essentially operating as normal and showing stock even when it is not available.

Someone with authority needs to step in and see what is going on with this company as it most definitely doesn’t appear to be trading in aNothing like a business as usual mode...regardless of COVID issues.

No communication, abysmal service.

Made an order in early June for an item or furniture - no communication AT ALL apart from an original confirmation email. Despite numerous attempts at contacting them (email, online help desk tickets, phone) no responses or call backs to ascertain when delivery would be. Have resorted to a chargeback from my bank.

Abysmal.

Very similar experience to many others…

Very similar experience to many others - I ordered and had the money take from my account immediately, but 3 weeks later my order is still being 'processed' and I have no delivery date. Emails have been ignored and every call goes through to a switchboard with no ability to process a refund. Customer care team have yet to return any calls at all. Very poor.

I placed an order for a desk on 12th…

I placed an order for a desk on 12th May 2020 and it has STILL NOT ARRIVED. I HAVE HAD ZERO communication with Haus, apart from an email automated response when I paid the money. Since this date, I have called and left messages and no one has called back. Today I left x2 messages still no product and no call. The website may be attractive but please do let this fool you.
