This company does not reply to email or to live chat.they claim that they reply immediately. Too bad if you need help there is no one to help.personally I think they are fake they just wanna take people money.
If I could give this 0 stars I would. It’s all started fine. I got my first box and second box no problem. The products were really good. Price was good too. Got the emails telling me they were shipped the whole 9 yards. Now they took a payment on March 13th I was to receive the box the following week. So I go on not thinking about the box.Then I get an email saying they are taking another payment on the 20th. I was like I didn’t get my last box and now they are gonna take another payment. Nope. I spoke to a guy named Ash well through their website. We communicated online. He told me they apologized for the missed shipment it was a logistics problem on their end. He said he would ship out a box free of charge. He also said they would refund me. That it would take 48 hours. Well we are now 5 days since I spoke to Ash. No refund. No one will reply to my messages or email. I feel this is not right. Everyone is struggling right now and these guys are playing games? No right. Go ahead and try them out maybe you’ll have better luck then I did. I doubt it though. Not recommend
I recently tried Hause Farms for the first time and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The subscription produce and fruit delivery service is top-notch and exceeded all of my expectations. The quality of the produce was amazing and everything was so fresh. I loved that I was able to customize my box and choose the fruits and vegetables that I wanted.
The delivery was also very convenient and on time. I also appreciate that Hause Farms is a local company based in Toronto and supports local farmers. I highly recommend Hause Farms to anyone looking for a high-quality and convenient produce delivery service. It is hands down the best around and I will definitely be a loyal customer for a long time.
