No answer, no update, no product.. ???
Extremely Disappointed with Haus Labs Customer Service

I am extremely disappointed with Haus Labs' customer service. I placed my order on February 16th, and to this day, I have not received my package nether an update… Since February 19th, I have attempted to contact their customer support multiple times—sending three emails—but I have yet to receive a single response.

This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially from a company associated with Lady Gaga. If I do not receive a response within the next few days, I will escalate the issue and request a refund through PayPal. It is truly disappointing to see such negligence towards customers.

Not satisfied at all

I placed the order on the 15th of January and they confirmed the parcel was on its way on the 17th. For about two weeks the tracking was not working so I wrote to the customer service and they answered without helping me at all.
After a month it arrived but one of the product looks like it’s half empty (hi-power pigment paint in deep amethyst) as very watery whereas the other two pigments I ordered are ok!
I can put just two because they should check the products before sending them because it is not easy at all to return a product with international shipping from outside USA and secondly because their customer service is really useless and also the shipping not working for two weeks(I thought the parcel got lost).
For me is a NO

Terrible customer service

I am beyond upset! I had questions about the discovery set. I saw nothing about being forced to buy a full set within an alloted amount of time. I would have NEVER opted to get a sample knowing this! Of course NO response!! I sent multiple emails and NOTHING. It's predatory to force a customer to pay almost $30 for samples! Never buy from this brand! Beware! It's obvious they do not care for there customers.

The very worst customer service!!

The very worst customer service!!! I’m not going to go into the long story… It’s really not that important. What is important is that I have tried over and over to get help from their support email with no response. I have written them multiple emails and they just don’t answer!!! I don’t know about all the products, but if you need any help..to exchange if the color’s not right, like their website states, or anything else..you’re out of luck!!!

This company deserves zero stars

Ordered November 28th 2024

Ordered November 28th 2024 (AU$200). It's now January 20th 2025 and still no delivery. In the meantime, I moved house, so Haus Labs sent out a new order to my new address. First replacement they sent to the old address again, so there are now 2 orders 'in transit' to my old address. Both of those orders are in Australia but have not been delivered to any address and the 3rd shipment still hasn't left the US according to the tracking info, even though it was sent 'express' just a few hours after the wrongly address one. Haus Labs needs to sort out their shipping problems or stop shipping overseas until they can get it right. I contacted the courier in Australia and they won't change my address, only the sender can redirect it. It would have taken one email from Haus Labs to the courier and I would have had my order weeks ago. My advice is don't order from them, the products will come to Australian stores eventually, probably before my order arrives.

Terrible

I ordered some items during Black Friday sale before December, it’s been almost a month, no package was received, and the gift is not arriving for Christmas. Their customer support is also terrible, nobody is really responding, I had to write to support twice, because after the first time I wrote nobody responded to me for days. From package tracking it shows that the order was shipped out 10 days after it was placed, I don’t think this is normal, this will be my first and last order from here.

Foundation arrived with lid off!

Much like others, product tools over five weeks to be dispatched and no response to repeated emails. It finally arrived but the bottle was leaking. The cap wasn’t secure so the inside of the box is filled w foundation. I have emailed asking for a replacement but I doubt I’ll hear back given all the other reviewers. What a shame as the quality looks amazing

Update: I did eventually hear back and actually they were amazing about sending out a replacement. The product is amazing so am happy that their services matches.

I ordered some haus labs foundation at…

I ordered some haus labs foundation at a cost of £68
I got an email on 16/9 to say it was being shipped , I’ve heard absolutely nothing since. I’ve emailed 3 times to costumer support and haven’t had a reply to any of them .
I am so disappointed with the company .

LIVID

LIVID! What a joke. I LOVE Gaga and am SICK that her company is behaving in this manner. I did the quiz and ordered foundation online - of course the color was way off. There is no way to call them, and they do NOT respond to emails AT ALL much less "within 24 hours" as they promise. After repeatedly trying to reach them, I'm giving up and attempting to just return the makeup. It may be fabulous, but when your company and customer service are a COMPLETE DISASTER - who could ever know? DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY - GO TO SEPHORA AND GET IT IN PERSON

Excellent customer support.

I bought a lipstick for my wife for Christmas but when she used it she noticed the top of the glass was cracked and it was leaking. Sent an image to customer service and was very swiftly issued a voucher that covered a replacement and express shipping. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

Very disappointing customer service

Very disappointing customer service. I ordered several products after having done the colour match provided on the website as there is no possibility in my country to test the products anywhere. The colours did not fit the description at all. I therefore contacted the company to process a return and had to wait three weeks and three emails later for a reply. The company suggested a store credit but as I spent over Euro 200 and am not sure that the products are really for me I requested a refund. However, the company refuses to pay for the return shipment even though it is not my fault that the colours did not match. The company spends large sums on marketing, prides itself for apparently giving back to society but unashamedly exploits its customers. Disgraceful!

customer and delivery service seems to be non existing

It's really sad that the customer and delivery service seems to be non existing, because some of the products are actually really good.
After a long wait, and no pre received tracking informations, I got the package 8 days ago. - Only to find out that I received the wrong products.
I contacted Customer service immediately but until now I've onle got a auto response.
The items I ordered now seems to be sold out.
This is not the first time that customer service is silent.
I can not recommend shopping here.

Terrible

I have written the company three times…

I have written the company three times with now response. My order is over 300.00 and it was placed over a month ago. You cannot call because they do not accept calls. I am getting nowhere with this company. I will soon contact my credit card company and try to receive my money back. This order is for a Christmas gift...good luck with that one. I will never order this again.

Bad Customer Experience

First let me start saying: I love love love the hauslabs foundation. Unfortunately I cannot purchase it in switzerland as the swiss sephora does not sell any hauslabs. After a little research I found the hauslabs website which also ships to switzerland. So I ordered a bunch of stuff (including my beloved foundation). After waiting for 7 Days to receive a shipment update I wrote an e-mail to hauslabs support just to ask if there was any issue with my order. A friend also ordered from the site and didn`t get the stuff she ordered - so I already had a bad feeling about my order. It`s been more than 2 weeks and now I just received an order cancellation. Nothing else, no reason, no reply to my mail, nothing. I would have loved to like the customer experience and I`m sure I would have shopped again and again. I cannot recommend shopping at hauslabs.com until they work out the organisational issues they obviously have. This is a bad look for hauslabs in generel.

Missing product, no customer service

My review is Customer Service alone. Terrible. It took forever to get my order and when I finally received it, it was missing one of three items that I was already charged for. I tried to contact them, sent an email and it said 5 to 7 business days for a response. I tried to phone them and they don’t offer phone support. They direct you to the email. This is my first purchase and it will be my last. I honestly don’t care how good the product is if the Customer Service isn’t there, neither am I.
