It took almost four weeks to receive the samples which were more expensive than any other samples of similar panels.
I had to email the company a few weeks after ordering to find out where the samples were when I learned from them how long it was going to take. I had to order the panels from another company as it was too long to wait for the samples and then just as long to get the order.
I would be caution before ordering from this company.

Not a Good Experience
took too long to receive samples. Finally, I got the samples which looked nice. However the felt backing seemed a little thin and bends easily. I had product questions so I tried the online chat but no live agent was ever available and I tried multiple times during the day and always getting the message to ask question and Hauvista will email answer only to never receive any answers and my inquiry never ever answered. So I ended buying from another seller

Good Barn Door
Bought barn door from this website and installed it myself for a guest bedroom. I followed the instruction video from the website and get it installed within an hour. It says 30 minutes but I am pretty satisfied with the time since I didn't have any experience before. The quality is good and I might re-visit when I need a barndoor again.

I bought wall panels from hausvita recently to remodel my living room. I'd say this is the best part of the whole project because it makes my TV wall fantastic with just several hundreds dollars, especially, I can do it by myself. Good shopping/shipping experience and didn't have any problem with the product.

My four panels came in w/in a very short time. They were very elegant looking. They cut easily and also extremely easy to hang too. Love how they made my living room theme wall come so lovely. Would definitely buy again.

Very disappointing service
After being in discussions with this company for a couple of weeks and receiving a quote and delivery timing, I was advised they didn't have enough stock to send me as it had all been sold to Amazon. This was for a commercial project and I had clearly stipulated how much we needed and by when, and was told they could meet those expectations. This ended up costing us $9k+ more as we had to purchase from another company with less time for delivery. No effort was made to help rectify the situation.

Scammers!!
This company is exceptionally untrustworthy. They are based in China so take 24hours to respond to any questions. They hooked us in with an offer for a very large order of timber slat panels only to tell us a week before they should be arriving that they can not fulfill the order as they sold all the stock to Amazon. There are much better quality products available from other sellers of timber slat panels online. Do NOT waste your time with this shonky company.

I have tried my best to hold inventory for you, but you should be aware that in most cases in the ERP system, inventory items are not locked until payment is made. We sent you an invoice for payment on April 3, but have not yet received payment.
As I said before, demand increased during this period to the point where we realized without anticipation that the stock was fully booked. We also got back to you as soon as the stock was sold out.

Makes a great makeup mirror
This mirror is very chic and lightweight. My wife use it as a vanity mirror. It comes in perfect size to fit the vanity desk and the LED lights are super bright. They have other sizes available as well, might consider getting them for bathroom too.
